The room was hot due to lack of ventilation. The facilities need some maintenance and an upgrade.

The staff was friendly and the location was good. The breakfast was nice although modest.

No communication no answer in the phone or WhatsApp, it’s soooo hard to find the location with your phone or gps, and i think if you want to stay late at night better to avoid.

Before arrival, we called the host for instructions. He guided us to the nearest parking spot, which was 15 min by feet away from the Riad. We had a lot of luggage and it was very hot so we agreed with the host to cancel the booking. They refunded us half of the money. Meanwhile, we talked with local people who told us that Medina it’s a dangerous zone.

Noise, the first evening we arrived, tired, wanting to rest, they were doing some reformation and a speaker with loud music didn't allow us to rest appropriately.

Location is with no doubt the best of this Riad. It's inside the market and very well located to everywhere by just walking.

Lots of noise from the souks in the evening and many minarets close by so prayer calls will wake you up. Staff could've been more attentive. There was a cigarettebutt on the floor in my room. A bit run down place.

Bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. View from the rooftop terrace was great, we also got breakfast there.

The lighting (or rather lack of it!) in the whole building but especially in the rooms is absolutely terrible, dim, cold light. The place is shabby, run down and needs a complete refurbishing (paint, woodwork, window frames, locks, etc.). The overwhelming smell of sewage is horrendous, very disagreeable. This is definitely not the place you want to stay in if you are a couple on a romantic holiday!!! This derelict riad is lost in a mazy medina and no indication is given upon reservation as to where and how to reach it. We had a very hard time finding a place where to park our car (far from the riad anyway since no cars are allowed inside the medina) and had to be led to the hotel by local people. The breakfast was very poor (no orange juice, little coffee, mint tea only, bad pancake and jam, tasteless margarine instead of butter...) and extremely disappointing, served in a cold central patio with very dim light. The map we requested at the reception is just a joke! You wn't see anything on it and the reception lady didn't even know where we were on it!

Very dirty place, the bed sheets and pillows were a disaster, full of stains dirty and smell terribly bad. We called the reception and she came and noticed our reclamation, and she did not even change the bedsheets!!!!! The furniture is very old, no maintenance at all....the windows are falling down...and dirt everywhere......torn and dirty curtains, no toilet paper.....we have planned to stay 4 nights but we could not even stand to spend one night....we slept with our own clothes we could not use any pillow or dare to remove bed covers. We have asked to cancel our stay but they have refused to refund?????? It is only the next morning when we have packed our stuff to leave, they said they will refund us....after calling booking 3 times.....it was a nightmare this place....to ovoid.... No air conditioning at all, no place in this Riad has Air conditioning even the restaurant.... We had the last floor room.....one side the coffee shop where we had nose all the night until 3 PM we could not sleep and on the other side the terrasse where we could not open also since some residents were there. We could not open windows, no AC, and very noisy we spent the night under pressure with 3 kids...complaining all the night and a very bad morning since none could sleep. The holiday turned into a nightmare .....just see posted pictures.

Nothing...this Riad should close...no respect at all to their client nor the business they are running

room was not clean, in my opinion never seen vacuum cleaner, what caused allergic reaction to the old furnitures, carpets and so on whole building needs little refresh. the price is not so super low for what we got

the stuffs working there were very nice and helpful. breakfast was ok and that’s it.

Proximity to the terrace meant that noise and cigarette smoke got inside easily. One window pane was broken and many floor tiles were loose (you could remove them by hand). Locking the main door was a chore as the key would get stuck or wouldn't turn all the way etc. We were 3 adults but the room was made up for 2. After the first day room wasn't done either. It's a shame because all these little details add up but they are not hard (or expensive) to fix.

The room was very spacious and probably had the most light in the entire hotel. The staff were very helpful before and during our stay.

No window in my room, no Air con, i felt like in a cage. I asked to have a breakfast at 7:30 - 7:45 i didnt get anything. In front of the toilets were dead cockroaches.
