it was like a walking into another world when you walked into the Riad. so peaceful and calm. loved the roof terrace and the decor throughout, it felt like staying in someone’s home, was so welcoming and cosy. The overall experience was the best we have had. the staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. we booked hammam and massages for two days and I highly recommend to do this. the jacuzzi was a lovely relaxing experience too.

the hotel was perfect. very clean and really comfy beds. It was really close to jemaa el fna. by walking only 10 minutes. recepiton was really great. he helped us with everything. thanks to him we never get lost. he told us where to exchange money, how to travel around the city, how much are taxi costs. He was really helpfull and friendly. I can say that thanks to him our stay became easier for us. The room services was really great. Such a nice place to relax and close to must see places. thanks for everything!

Breakfast could do with a bit of finessing. When I booked I said I was vegan and was told that was fine, but breakfast is automatically brought to you in the morning and there are no questions about dietary needs or allergies. By the third day, it was sorted, but did take a bit of work! This was only a minor thing, but with saying that it’s the one are of the experience that could be improved.

Incredibly friendly welcome from Jamal & all the other wonderful staff. He gave us a map and showed us all the places we might want to visit and the routes to get there. The riad is beautiful and our room was gorgeous - great shower. Rooftop is lovely for an hour or 2 of sunbathing when taking a break from the busy medina. We booked a relaxing massage which was also fab, and great value. We’d definitely go back.

Would highly recommend, we could only stay one night but the host was extremely welcoming, rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. An easy walk to the medina. Wish we could have stayed longer!

everything was greater than what we expected ! The room was clean and cozy, we found everything we needed. The riad is 10mins walk far from the place but deeped in a very typical quarter with all little artisans shops. The staff was extremely kind to welcome us , they explained us places to visit and the best path to follow to reach the central place. They helped us to book the transfer to the airport. Breakfast was great too.

Absolutely nothing.

We stayed for one week at this Riad and we loved it. The staff (Saad, Jamal and Rahdwin) are exceptionally kind and attentive. They helped us to plan our week giving us the best tips and making us feel home all the time. The breakfast was super great and big. Our room was exactly like the pictures and the decoration of the whole riad is beautiful. The rooftop is very cute and comfortable. And about the location, we were only 10 min walking to the main square, all super safe. If we are back to Marrakesh we will definitely go back to Riad Dama & Spa.

I suppose the only thing I would improve is a bit of maintenance to the bathroom water taps, both basin and shower, they are a bit loose and could use some adjustment.

Me and my wife arrived very early on the check in day, obviously the room wasn’t ready but Saad, who is so kind, put away our bags in a safe place. Breakfast is mostly typical breads, some form of sweet pastry, fruit and a choice if Moroccan tea or coffee. The vibes in the Riad are pure calmness all day, soft music and birds chirping. Jamal, the Riad host was attentive, made us feel welcome and even helped us print our boarding passes for when we left.

The location was in great walking distance to all the landmarks in the old city, it was confusing to describe the location to cab drivers by address alone. I recommend arranging transportation through the hotel staff themselves, since they are extremely helpful.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. The rooms have a unique boutique charm that captures Moroccan culture.

Our suite was divided in two floors, and to get to the second room you have to go through the toilet (both are upstairs). Zero privacy in the toilet, zero privacy in the first room, we had to shout to our friends to stay inside their room if we wanted to use the toilet.

Everything was great, Jamal arranged everything for us: tours, massages, etc! Highly reccommend! Very central location near the Jamal El Fna plaza!

The personnel was amazing and very attentive. We arrived there after an exhausting trip in Morrco and it was like ringing and oasis in the sert.

Jamal the day manager and Saad the night manager were excellent and very helpful to all our requests. They were very courteous and even deep cleaned the pool so that we felt comfortable with our 9 month old baby using the pool. The food was excellent as well.

We loved everything

This was my third time in Morocco and Riad Dama has been the best riad so far! Jamal, Sadi and the rest of the staff make you feel very welcomed - they helped us with anything that we needed, always with a big smile on their faces, and made us feel part of the family. The bedroom was nicely decorated, quiet and the bed was amazingly comfortable - we slept really well every night. The rooftop terrace was quiet spacious and again nicely decorated and great to catch some sun while drinking a beautiful mint tea. I highly recommend Riad Dama and would go back in a heartbeat, specially because of the way the staff treated us throughout the whole stay. Keep doing the amazing work, Riad Dama! Chokrane 🙏🏾🧡
