We have been very happy in this Riad. Very calm, beautiful decoration and attention to detail. The terrace is dreamy, a haven of peace that is very appreciated after spending the day in the chaos that can sometimes be the Medina. The attention of all the staff is unbeatable. They are all very good people. They welcome you with traditional tea and are always attentive to what you need. The room was clean and very well presented, towels, etc are renewed daily, and the ladies who are in charge of cleaning the rooms are also lovely :) Every morning we had a very good breakfast, served on time and slightly different each day. Excellent Wifi signal, inside and outside the room. We also liked the location, since despite being a 10-15 minute walk from Djmaa el Fnaa it is very easy to find, and in a couple of days you can easily learn the way without needing Google Maps, and make that little daily trip to the The square makes it more interesting. We will return to this riad on our next visit to Marrakech without hesitation. Many thanks for everything.

Our bathroom was a little cramped and the door kept sticking and it was quite loud to pull it shut again.

Beautifully decorated and very peaceful - an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the streets of the medina. The staff were so kind and welcoming. We loved the mint tea and Moroccan pastries on arrival. The terrace and pool were gorgeous too!

First night, I did not sleep well as the pillows were not comfortable. Big and thick pillow. They were replaced with smaller immediately the next day. Low water pressure in the shower. The massage offered, was not as good to be honest.

Breakfast was ok for me although I must say it was better than other places. Nice new riad, love the decorations. Simple but yet, it has the classy elements. Staff were helpful, especially Jaleel would help and assist me for any questions or requests. Jaleel even helped me to carry my heavy bags !

If I had to find a fault, I would say the pillows are thick and uncomfortable to lie on. We took the pillow case off the large pillow and covered the bed cushion to sleep on. That was the perfect solution for us!

On arrival we were blown away by the beauty of the Riad. The photos do not do it justice. It was honestly breathtaking. The staff are fantastic. On arrival a member of staff met us at the taxi drop off point and walked us approx 200 yards to the Riad. We were served peppermint tea and biscuits whilst completing our booking information. We were given a tour of the Riad and it just kept getting better! The roof top terrace is stunning. It’s quiet, there are sun and shaded areas and we enjoyed this both in the day and evening. The breakfast is gorgeous! We didn’t get chance to try any food or spa treatments, so can’t comment on those. However, other guests said the food was amazing. The Medina and souks are a 10 minute walk away and pick up for any trips is around a 5 minute walk. The free WiFi at the hotel was a god send. None of us had phone service in Marrakech. I’d recommend buying a SIM card at the airport if you want to use your phone. It was a bit difficult finding our way around without internet, as google maps wouldn’t load. However, we put in the route before we left the hotel and managed to find our way around ok. There is a beautiful restaurant within a couple of minutes walk of the Riad called Limoni. I’d 100% recommend eating there. Overall, we had the best time and would definitely go back to the Riad. What an adventure we had!

The property is absolutely stunning with incredible decor! The staff are all so lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us! Facilities were all fab, breakfast was delicious and rooms were beautifully decorated! I got the hammam massage which was a really amazing experience and the massage was delightful. Would be great to have television in the rooms but this is not essential. Some time to live in the moment is good too.

Everything! Such a comfortable home away from home. So accommodating to all our little needs. They even helped ensure our little toddler had access to milk/food and other necessities even at silly o’clock in the night. Food on offer prepared by the chef is AMAZING.

    NOTHING!

Riad Deha was one of the highlights of our time in Marrakesh. It’s a beautiful fusion of old and modern. The two sisters that own the place have a great eye for interior design! The entire place feels like it’s been taken straight from a luxury travel magazine, yet it doesn’t come at the price you’d expect! The staff were incredibly friendly and helped elevate our overall stay to another level. Being able to come back to such a peaceful and tranquil haven from the busyness and heat of the souks was exactly what we needed each day.

We requested and paid for a transfer from the airport, but there seemed to be some mixup as the driver was very late, and only came after we called the property to ask where they were. We also ordered dinner from the riad, but this was expensive and disappointing in quality -- probably our worst meal in Morocco over the two weeks. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding.

The riad itself was very pretty, The roof top terrace in particular was large and very comfortable. There is a very small pool in the middle of the courtyard into which we enjoyed dipping our feet -- it is deep enough to get wet, but not big enough to really swim. The location is a little ways from the main square (which we liked, but others might consider this a disadvantage).

It is a very minor issue but the music in the Riad was being played on loop constantly for the first half of the week. Silence is sometimes golden. :)

Fantastic Riad in the heart of the Medina. It was the perfect antedote to the crazy souks. A calm paradise where you can hear birds and relax on the terrace. Supermen, Jamal and Jalil were wonderful hosts throughout our 8 night stay. The breakfast was a feast everyday and the cleaners did a great job, always sprayed the sheets with a lovely aroma. We went on the desert experience organised by the Riad and it was our highlight! We also went to the Ourika valley organised by the riad and again it was an experience we will remember always.rural Morocco is a beautiful gem and we got to see the Berber culture here. I have travelled to many places and this Riad is in my top rated list. A special thanks to Hannan for doing my partner's pedicure, also organised by the Riad. She was fantastic. Location is perfect for nice eating places and also a decent take out a few moments walk. Very close to the secret garden and lovely roof bars. Jemaa El fnna square is less than a 15 minute walk but beware: animal abuse here is deplorable. Otherwise this square is a hit on all senses for sure! Crazy. As a gay couple we had to be aware of our surroundings with Morroco being a Muslim country but we had no issues at all as long as you respect the culture here which we did. It was the perfect pick for us.

The credit card surcharge of 3.5% caught us ny surprise. There was no mention of this on the booking.com page. Pay with cash to avoid these charges

Homely environment, courteous staff, great food and location Jamil and Jalil the front of office staff are exceptional. The ladies who do the cooking were great and really accommodating with our SEN child. To be honest we went to a 5 star resort in Agadir after our marrakech stay but still missed the comfort and hospitality of the Riad
