The atmosphere is amazing especially when you enter the riad with the amazing aroma. The rooms and bathrooms are great and very comfortable size. The traditional riad gives you a taste of the traditional Moroccan homes with great service.

Riad Livia is a very charming home in the middle of the Medina. The location was perfect for us, as it is located where a the locals stay, so you get a perfect impression about the authentic life in the middle of Marrakech. To reach the Riad you have to walk a small little road ( at night maybe a bit dark at the beginning, but you will get used to it ). This little road is basically used from the people living there and some motorbikes, like all over in the Medina.. so you will get the true authentic feeling of what the Medina in Marrakech is like. We love that! Once you enter the absolutely nicely and with a lot of love decorated Riad, you will have a lovely cinnamon smell in your nose, your eyes will turn around and start to discover all this pretty little things around accompanied by some lovely vibes either in form of the water spring or of suitable music from the background. The staff is absolut wonderful. Communication before arrival was very friendly, helpful and always quick and all the very kind assistance of the most wonderful guy being there all the time ( sorry I forgot your name 🙈 ) was incredible. Thank you sooo much for making our stay at Livia a most wonderful one! Well, our room was spacious, everything was just like on the photos, sparkles clean, and we felt very comfortable. The Riad itself, like I mentioned before, was very nice, especially the rooftop area with the littles plans pool... It is wonderful to spend some time up there to start the day with a fresh made breakfast while sitting in the sun and hearing the birds sing. Also it is a wonderful place if you come back from a long day trip walking and discovering the Medina to relax a while and get refreshed for the evening. Or for watching the set-set with a nice drink... All was perfect. We loved Marrakech and we loved Riad Livia😍. The lovely guy, which's name I forgot, added so much kindness, help and information that it was a most unforgettable time for my daughter & myself

You would struggle to find a better Riad in all of Marrakech! The attentiveness of the staff was amazing, felt like we were their personal guests and with only 5 rooms you feel as though you have your own home away from home. The interior design is very well done, feels very fancy and clean. What a fantastic oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the streets below

Stunning from head to toe ; didn’t want to leave. So relaxing . The staff were amazing and the property was a stunning piece of architecture. If you are into art and design you will love. They also have their own products so when you arrive you are blessed with the most incredible smells . It was the comfiest bed in morocco also . So boujee in a Moroccan way . I had a dunk in the rooftop pool for a morning and it was amazing and cooled me down . It was always like we had the entire building to ourselves

I cannot think of a single thing...

I normally don't give a 10 but I really cannot think of anything that wasn't perfect in this riad. We had such a great stay and Hamid and Mohammed were like friends, the ambiance felt like home but better (😆), the food was great, everything was beautiful... superb experience overal! please take care of the baby bird in the lamb! We think it should come out by now :) many thanks for everything!

To walk from the Riad for the first time to the main square or to wherever you want to go to, you need a guide or very specific directions, as you cannot trust the intentions of every stranger who offers to help you and it is all too easy to get lost, even if you normally have a good sense of direction. Signs, maps (whether on paper or online) and GPS are not always as helpful or reliable as you might hope or expect. Believe me!

Riad Livia arranged for a taxi to collect us at the airport and take us to the Place Sidi Ayoub, the closest a car can get to the Riad. We walked through an arch with the sign 'Livia' above it, went on for a few yards, turned left and then right and continued along the narrow passageway past cats and kittens until we reached the door to the Riad, 100 yards or so along on the right. The Riad is just as beautiful as it appears in the photographs. It is in a quiet area, the silence broken only by the tweets of the birds in the shrubs and open areas on the terraces on the top two floors. Mohammed and Abdulafid, our hosts, were always patient and friendly. Breakfast was a pleasant experience. The plunge pool at the top of the building was small but a welcome place in which to relax and unwind after a hot and dusty day in the medina. Triple Room Ciel (Room 5) had plenty of room for a couple and has a splendidly large shower room, but I think three people holidaying together might find it cramped.

would like to know in advance that taxis are not allowed in our Raid, there is a small walk.

honestly, the service, Haffid and Mohammed were over the top in attention, every single details to pumper us. from breakfast to snack to enjoy the terrace after a hot day in the dessert. Also Mohammed arrange our transportation and our guided tour with Assis the was the highlight of our stay.

Staff was very attentive and extremely helpful. We have traveled through Morocco and this riad exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again. Mohammed always answered all of our questions and concerns. Fantastic terrace and breakfast is delicious. They also provide body wash, conditioner and shampoo. Your room is cleaned ever day. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The view in the roof is amazing Nice water system,wifi, nice staff who are really helpful!They allow us to use the kitchen to cook Chinese noodles, and when we are eating, the manager suddenly played Chinese songs. Although I haven't heard the song but felt really warm to hear the songs from my homeland. Memorable trip in Morocco!

The best place we've ever been and the best hosts we've ever met. Our room was incredible, very clean and totally provided: hair dryer, fast wifi, water, towels, shampoo... Also add that beds were comfortable and breakfast was very tasty. We met Mohammed, he gave us tradicional tea and some advices to visit the city, then we met "Hafid", (too complicated his name), he was as charming as Rive, we had tea getting to know him and talking about all our experiences, learning a lot of words and things about our different cultures, we really loved spending time with him making jokes, we need to keep in contact and repeat. Also they help us with the transport to the airport during night and print us our boarding cards, all right. We have to thank them their kindness. Definetly there's some magic in this riad. MUCHAS GRACIAS!! 🥰

riad livia is a brilliant stay, we arrived quite late in the evening and were checked in quickly and able to enjoy the facilities. the riad is in a busy area but is very peaceful once you are inside. our rooms were perfect and the dinner on the evening was the best food we have had so far in Morocco.

So nice people. Rooftop terrace and morning breakfast in the sun is such a good way to start the day! Everything organized very well. There was always someone around if you had questions. Rooms were beautiful. Walking distance to souk and djema el fna. I loved wondering around in the little streets and it was actually quite easy to find my way back.

Riad Doby is a very nice Riad in the Medina. 15 min to walk to Jemaa El Fna. Very beautiful and stylish interior and nice rooftop terrace with a great view and many places to relax. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff.
