The rooftop terrace could have had a bit cozier lighting in the evening, even though the stars are the best illumination, but sometimes there can be cloudy evenings too :) The rooftop terrace could also have had more umbrellas! I thought the pool would be somewhat bigger and more private, but it's basically located in the lobby, so it never felt entirely comfortable or peaceful to be in the pool among other guests coming in and out of the property

I am very happy that I found Riad Flam, and I am very pleased with how they treated me as a guest! The staff, in particular, were very friendly and helpful! A great breakfast that started the day perfectly, leaving me satisfied and full! I enjoyed sitting on their rooftop terrace in the evenings, watching the sunset and the stars! I can recommend it! The terrace also works well if you want to sunbathe during the day. The first room I got on the ground floor was not quite as I wished, and the staff were immediately helpful in finding a new room the next day. The room I got upstairs was very cozy and nice! Great location too, to be able to walk to practically all the sights in the area, with many good restaurants and markets nearby too! I can definitely see myself coming back!

The Riad is absolutely fantastic, the staff is so nice and helpful. It 100% exceeded my expectations. The breakfast and meals at the Riad are amazing. Rooms are beautiful and clean. I've tried the Hammam as well and it was an amazing experience, I highly recommend. Everything was great and couldn't be better.

There wasn't anything to dislike and i would return! As a solo traveller (young and female), the alley the riad was based off felt a little hairy at night, but you wouldn't notice this as a couple. Would have been great to have tea/coffee in the room.

I had such a magical stay, what a beautiful Riad in a great central location. I was a solo traveller and Issam did his best with guidance and assistance - i felt very well looked after. Its a little oasis in the middle of a very chaotic city. My room was very large and beautiful, breakfasts were great and the whole place had an air of calm.

Thank you very much for wonderful stay. Everything was perfect! Lovely and helpful stuff, tasty breakfast, accomodation was great also common areas of Riad was very beautifull and they looked luxurious, especially big terrace. We were a little bit sad that the hot tub on the terrace was not accessible, but it doesn't matter, we will definitely come back and enjoy our next stay. Also they upgraded our room what was really nice.

A truly remarkable stay in Morocco! The hospitality of the staff was exceptional, with their warmth and friendliness making us feel truly welcomed. The property itself is stunning, with 24-hour reception ensuring convenience at all times. Our dinner experience on the first night was nothing short of excellent, and the daily complimentary breakfast consistently exceeded expectations.The property is walkable distance to the tourist attractions like jemaa el-fenna market, bahia palace and badi palace. We tried the deber hammam and ant stress massage for the first time and loved them – we'd definitely do it again. Overall, we highly recommend this place for a great stay and a relaxing spa day.

Some minor details, if we want to be picky. It’s not a 5* hotel though, so shouldn’t expect everything to be perfect I guess! Making the roof terrace more comfortable to be in (adding a toilet, a few more sunbeds/umbrellas, some basic bar service) would also be a big plus

Being centrally located in the old town of Medina in Marrakesh was a prime motive. Though in the old town the location is very quiet and peaceful but very convenient to many great tourist spots. The staff was extremely helpful and always available night and day. Breakfast was very good with an assortment of fruit, yogurt, coffee/tea in addition to crepes and light cakes with the option for eggs prepared to your request. We also enjoyed a hamman at the riad.

We absolutely loved our short stay! The staff were all so polite and dealt with every question or request we had with the utmost care. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to explore Medina from the Riad and we were immersed into the Marrakech/ Moroccan lifestyle and culture. Being so close to the Souks and restaurants made it a great experience which allowed us to navigate the area very quickly.

The Riad is exceptional, very beautiful, safe, excellent cleanliness and facilities and well located. The attention of the staff stands out especially, they do everything possible to make your stay a unique and very pleasant experience. To highlight the service provided by ISSAM, to which I have to especially thank them for their management, I left a very important amount of money and documentation forgotten at the hotel. ISSAM has done everything possible to locate me and return my belongings. He has managed it with special interest. I have felt as safe and cared for as if I had been in my own home. Beautiful and authentic Riad, right in the centre of Marrakech! A short walk to Bahia Palace, various souks and lots of great local restaurants. The room was great, the hammam was lush, the breakfasts were fantastic… and the staff were so so kind. Generous with their time and expertise. They got up early to make us breakfast when we had excursions booked, they helped us book trips to the mountains, and they offered plenty of tips and advice when we asked. Can’t rate them in particular highly enough!

The property charges above average rates so I would expect above average amenities. There were no bathrobes in the room and were only provided upon request. There were no proper toiletries only a small unlabeled bottle so it was not clear what the content is. No lotion, shampoo or conditioner.
