I missed my flight due to bad advice from the staff. I tried to change our ride-to-airport arrangement but the desk/office/lobby was closed right after I arrived. (7:30pm)

In my case, it was just a transit, so no problem at all, but it seems that there isn't any shop nor restaurant around their hotel. ( But they can offer dinner at a reasonable cost if you hope. )

The room rate includes free shuttle from and to CMN airport. She ( driver ) picked me up at the airport very punctually, just in ten minutes. ( I don't know why and was surprised that she recognized me at a glance among many waiting tourists, in spite that we have never met before. ) Although I checked in the hotel late at 22:30pm, they gave me a welcome coffee and delivered me to the airport at 5:00am in the very early morning next day. ( Also, they were so kind even to make breakfast at 4:40a.m. only for me. ) The room was very large and very clean and very comfortable with cable TV and a big bottle of mineral water. Their price was pretty reasonable, and it was worth more than for transit. ( I wanted to stay more in their hotel. ) The staffs ( two ladies ) were very kind and well cared for me. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The bathroom sink was blocked, and then, the accidental movement of the cabinet drained all the water out into the room. Only one bare bulb hanging on a wire in the room, no bedside or reading lamps. Bathroom window would not close.

It is close to the airport which is serviced by a good train service to the city. The young lady that we primarily interacted with was friendly and had good English. The grounds, gardens al swimming pool looked pleasant.

But, the accommodations were less than desirable from the smell of cat urine, wires hanging, pool water not inviting, grounds beyond run down and the tour of the pigeon house was just awful and could not eat that meal although is was lovingly prepared. I left for another hote and lost my money.

The staff is amazing. Truly each person was beyond lovely.

It has a very homy feel. The space, garden and the pool are a great addition to the home away from home experience. They go out of the way to make you comfortable, airport pick up and drop off during the entire stay was commendable.

Great option for an overnight stay to catch an early flight. Free transfer from/to airport worked flawlessly. Very nice staff. I had the paid dinner, which was nice.

The most important thing is that check-in starts at 7 am., which gives us the opportunity to rest before our next flight! We got picked up from the airport. The hotel is managing very well, a beautiful garden, a nice furnished, huge, and clean room! Free shuttle back to the airport. We also had traditional and delicious dinner at the hotel.

Parking could be tight during busy times, but it was not a problem.

Was not really clean, my bedsheets had blood on it, shower was cold - I had asked diner, they didn't prepare it (misunderstanding) had to order a "deliveroo" - price for the drink was mentioned 50, was charged 60

Since I arrived late and the person that picked me up did not speak english, communication was a bit tough and I could not access the wifi. Maybe just put the wifi code inside the room. But that’s not a real downside! Just a suggestion

Everything was wonderful. I got picked up from the airport in the middle of the night. It’s really close so for me that was perfect because I had to be back at the airport early in the morning. Still I got served a wonderful breakfast at 6 in the morning. Everybody was wonderful!

Our room had a bad smell. The hot water didn't work well, the wind slammed the doors, we could not sleep at all. The heater was on the bathroom so we were very cold all night

The hotel is in desperate need of basic maintenance. Our first room the toilet did not flush. We moved to a second one and the toilet leaked, the plugs were outside their sockets, one had an exposed wire and the shower door almost fell out when I closed it. The pool was dirty and the grounds were rundown. There were workers painting so hopefully, the hotel will be better soon. Breakfast was not good, a yogurt and an old chewy pancake.

I like the fact that the hotel let was very close to the airport and offered a shuttle. I had picked the hotel because they were dog friendly. We received a warm welcome and everyone was very friendly. Since the hotel is not closed to a town, dinner is available. We enjoyed the 3-course meal very much.

It was a pleasant stay. Home made breakfast, beautiful courtyard and free shuttle to the airport made it an enjoyable and restful place between my flights. Special thanks to the host Farouk for the hospitality and help.

The communication with Farouk from the Riad was super easy and fast. I was picked up from the airport and next day brought back to the airport, great shuttle. They prepared me delicious dinner and breakfast and are really nice hosts! I felt welcome and comfortable. The Riad is quite and beautiful. If you want to stay close to the airport, I would definitely recommend Riad Hamdani.
