I have had the worst experience because of the way I was treated by Mohcin (working at the counter). He was extremely rude and even agressive in his behaviour towards me. I would NOT reccomand anyone to stay at this hotel.

Cleanliness to be improved a lot, especially regarding room, linen and blanket. Common spaces can be considered acceptable, instead. To be fair: I have been in many Riad during my vacation and, for being in Morocco, cleanliness can be considered in line with "local standard" (rate: 7 - difficult to find something much better) but not sufficient at all if compared with Europe ones (so rate: 4). Suggestion: if you pay particular attention to the cleanliness then you need to go for big hotels - not Riad (which are normally facing to open court with garden, so the probability to have big insects with you is normally a certainty :-)).

Super friendly and professional staff who really welcome you upon your arrival and take care of you along your stay. Free "private" shuttle back and forth from airport on demand. Very good breakfast.

Location had a water cut and hotel didnt have the facility to store the water. So i had to checkout of the place to take a shower some where.

Animals in the garden. It is a quiet and green place also.

There was cut off water from the city that I was not aware of. During all night, I didn't have water. This should be informed at the arrival or even before, even if not particular from the hotel. Tap water was also dirty. Better to inform or to sort out the issue.

One of our rooms had a faulty air conditioner so the room was very hot all night. The staff were unhelpful when asked to sort it out, there was no apology and no attempt to mitigate the situation.

My greetings to mr. Mohsine for his exceptional help whenever needed. The whole place was lovely and relaxing before taking a busy flight. We really enjoyed it and enjoyed the wonderful food cooked by the ladies there. My many thanks to them and to the owner. We will definitely visit again.

How far is from the city center but I think that for people who have a connection flight or short stays work very well.

The owners who run the building take care of you. They are friendly and very welcoming.

The bathroom was literally in the closet. The shower had 2 small/dangerous steps in them and didn’t drain - also had spiderwebs in the corners of the ceiling. We killed 3 small cockroaches while we were there. In the morning, we agreed with the staff to have coffee/breakfast at 7. The staff didn’t appear until 7:20 after we had been looking for them around the property, but had to leave at 7:30 for our flight. Overall, was really unimpressed at the state of the room for the price and would not recommend this place to any friends.

Rooms are very tired with no window screens. TV is streaming only. With only two rooms occupied, there was still not enough bandwidth to watch anything. However the biggest complaint is this property is turning into a zoo with several peacocks roaming the grounds that screech at all hours, making sleep difficult. We stayed at the end of April, when the temperature was warm, but the pool was empty.

Great location near the airport. Gardens were lovely.
