This Riad is beautiful, our room had everything we could have required and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast each morning includes coffee, juice and a selection of hot and cold items.

Loved the location perfect to take a break during the day on the rooftop from the hustle and bustle of the Medina.. bedroom was beautiful and comfortable. Staff both Sana and Sied could not do enough for us, booking taxis, restaurants whatever we needed.. This made our stay all the more relaxing and enjoyable..

As with most riads in Marrakech,it is hard to find ,down a little narrow street.Sana was very helpful organising taxis and tuk tuks for us.once you got your bearings it was easy

Absolutely beautiful Riad.room was gorgeous ,and the breakfast each morning up on the roof terrace was fabulous,including divine freshly squeezed orange juice .Sana and Sayid were very helpful,and nothing was too much trouble .It was an oasis to return to after each day .

Honestly nothing to fault!

We loovvvveeed our stay here. Isabelle, Sa’id, the rest of the staff at Riad Hizad went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and like it was our home. They were so lovely, helpful and attentive. The room was gorgeous and so clean. The roof terrace was such a lovely little escape after a busy day exploring the busy and vibrant area. It was an oasis and a sun trap in the afternoon which was beautiful. We had a yummy breakfast served every morning on the terrace including, French toast, local breads, fruit etc Riad Hizad is brilliantly located and walking distance to some amazing places to eat drink and explore We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. And if and when we come back to Marrakech, we know exactly where we’ll be staying again!

Nothing at all

We chose Riad Hizad after reading quite a lot of reviews of the many excellent riads in the city. We were delighted with our choice. Sana and Said are wonderful hosts - they are kind, attentive and did everything they could to make our stay memorable. We stayed in the Garden Suite, which has a lovely internal courtyard balcony and an excellent bathroom. Breakfasts were served on the beautiful roof terrace each morning - always varied and delicious. The roof terrace was a great place for catching the February afternoon sun. Overall Riad Hizad is an oasis of calm and beauty just steps from the hustle of the medina.

Excellent from start to finish. Being able to enjoy the rooftop for sunbathing was a big plus. Staff were wonderful throughout, very grateful for this oasis away from the hustle and bustle.

A beautiful Riad run by a great host, Isabelle. The roof top terrace was a fantastic space to take a quiet break from the business of Marrakesh. Isabelle and her team are incredibly helpful. I really recommend staying here.

Beautiful you feel so welcome by the owner she makes you feel you are one of her closest loved family member. The smell of jasmine is so amazing the whole house smell so nice it make you feel calm and relaxed The house is so clean and the rooms are cleaner and organised more than 10 star hotel it’s highly recommended to stay at this wonderful place .

The style of the Ryads is super perfect for design. Absolutely quality and it reflects the great culture of Marrakesh

A beautiful oasis in the middle of the chaotic old city. The service from Isabelle, Sahed and the whole staff were nothing short of 1st class. Great attention to customer service and the home-cooking made it difficult to eat anywhere else as it was delicious and tasty. The property is beautiful and the rooftop pool and terrace was relaxing. Thank you Isabelle, We!ll be back!

Not necessarily a negative, It could be difficult to find in the evening.

The decor was so welcoming. The property was clean and top notch. Once inside it was quiet leaving the noise outside allowing a good leisurely rest.

Amazing host Isabelle who is very welcoming and her lovely staff Saed and Sana. Isabelle cannot literally not do enough for you and will put herself out to make you feel comfortable and a great location to centre of Jemma el fna. Beautiful decor and a homey feeling, food was lovely and I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone visiting. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not easy to get from the airport, especially at night. Be aware that taxis will drop you quite far from the Riad - which isn't overly safe, especially if you are clearly tourists (as we were).

Beautiful decor in the bustling part of Marrakech that had plenty of good food and tourist attractions.

Food. Dinner was expensive which was fine but not great in taste. Breakfast didn’t have variety and not great apart from juice.

Lighting in the room was poor (we had no outside windows in our room). 'free toiletries' was limited to shower gel, shampoo & soap. Some hair conditioner, moisturising cream etc wasn't supplied (worth knowing so you can make sure you take what you need).

Great staff, lovely roof terrace for breakfast and a little plunge pool to cool off. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, communal areas were comfortable. A little oasis in the walls of the old town.
