Amazing experience! The place is very clean and tidy, the room was comfortable and the people super friendly. I was travelling alone and I had no problems in the city, they helped me a lot with all the information and the position of the Riad was perfect to reach the main attractions easily in few minutes. Everything is nearby and you can even eat around. Perfect journey! Absolutely suggested ☺️

I particularly enjoyed staying in this peaceful little hostel, which seemed to nurture a relaxed and friendly atmosphere encouraging a nice level of social exchange between those staying there. Maybe it was the generous free breakfast and communal breakfast table that invited conversation; or the small dormitories with no privacy curtains - so you tended to speak to those you were sharing the room with more than you do when you each have a privately curtained-off sleeping area. In fact, the lack of privacy curtains, which tbh made me hesitate at the time of booking, could have been a deal breaker, but as it turned out was in fact absolutely fine. The female 4-bed dorm had a very good a/c unit that kept the air temperature down without noise or excessive blasts of cold air (a very welcome rarity). The bathroom facilities were fine - nicely appointed rooms - and I didn't have to wait for the loo or shower ever. Everything felt like being in a home more than a hostel. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The beds had two soft, newly laundered cotton sheets as well as a nice large fleece blanket. There were lockable lockers in the bedroom if you needed to store valuables. Friendly but pleasantly low-key staff. All told, I'd happily stay here again, and I don't usually frequent hostels. It also has a really nice location in the medina and offers really excellent value for money, given the very attractive building and decor, attention to detail, comfort of beds and the included breakfast. I met some really lovely and interesting people during my 2-night stay too - unusually so!

This place was so much better that others hostel around the area clean, comfortable , quiet and the people running the place are very kind, the location is good many shops around and walks was nice. I really recommend it .

Of all hostels I've ever stayed in Marrakesh this is definitely my favourite one. Good location (close to food stalls, shops and Medina), spacious, good showers, strong WiFi, comfy bed, clean, just great hostel. The staff was super nice and friendly.

The hotel staff is incredibly helpful. It is a 10-minute walk from the center and you walk this distance through the local market 🥰 It is also one of the few places in the medina with car access. Thank you very much for everything. I am also grateful for teaching me how to make mint tea

We had a very good time in Jad Ziad hostel. We got a very warm welcome with tea. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast that we got offered every morning and which was cooked freshly was easy but very good. We especially enjoyed the beautiful rooftop terasse. Everything was clean.

The best hostel, best location and the best staff and if you are coming from the airport you can take Bus L19 and you can get off at Jemma al fnaa and like 15 minutes walk through shops and restaurants

The bathroom door is not closing and the bathroom drain is not working properly. You have to open the drain to keep the water from not coming out of the bathroom however it leaves a bad smell in the room.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable.

The bottom bunk in the female dorm was a bit uncomfortable and there is only one toilet on the third floor, but given the value for the money I was able to overlook it :)

This riad hostel really felt like home during my 6 day stay. The managers and staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Claudia is so lovely and made sure to accommodate my Gluten Free diet at breakfast. The amazing rooftop terrace where I people watched and chilled after exploring Marrakech was really a highlight for me. A plus is that the hostel is very clean and my bed linens were changed several times.

I had a wonderful experience at the property. The property itself was lovely, and the included breakfast was a great added bonus. Its location was perfect, just a short distance from Jemaa el-Fnaa, making it convenient for sightseeing. Additionally, Abdur Raheem, who was on-site, was extremely kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property!

The shower at 1 level need to be fix the shower hit my heat and arm because it felt down, I didn’t get hurt badly but still was painful after I just use other shower but it will be nice to fix it.
