Location was good, 10 minutes walk to the medina (main square with all the markets, restaurants etc) and only 20 minutes from the airport. Staff were really friendly and would do anything for you, lovely people. Room was perfect as a base, comfy bed, separate toilet and shower room. Lovely roof terrace.

The toilet kinda flooded because there was no bath cabinet but there were other toilets available, if we stayed longer maybe we could have get it solved.

We really liked everything! The location was super central and in a good spot. The room had a window to the street which made sunny and cosy. Also the staff guys were really helpful and welcoming. Would totally recommend, 100% worth the price!

The hospitality of Ali is amazing and the cleaning lady is really kind. Breakfast was also good A really good location, 10 mn walk to Jema We had air con at the room which perfect. I loved to walk outside the Riad and meet the local.

Such an Amazing place, calm and clean. We'll received and welcomed. A tasty breakfast included with the hostel guests, Having some good conversations and meeting some amazing people. Also a calm rooftop by night where you can take some rest and smell some air under the stars. Also I had the possibility to print my boarding pass at anytime, and I did it just 4hours before my flight thanks to the honorable young man "Moha" (Mohamed Ali)

Muhammad, the host, is the best host I've ever had at any hostel and I've stayed at a lot of hostels. This guy made you feel like his family. He was always really helpful and worked so hard to make sure the place was clean and comfortable. He personally cleans the place himself every day and makes everyone a free breakfast in the morning. Again, the breakfast was the best I've had at a hostel in Morocco. The terrace was super nice at this place. Very good place to relax. If you're staying in Marrakech, stay here. Don't go anywhere else. I've stayed elsewhere in Marrakech and nobody hosts you as well as Muhammad.

Hostel Jad Ziad is such a wonderful place! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff 'Mohammed Ali & Soufiane' were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere was welcoming and made me feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The fact that they charge more for late check in during the night and that the city tax is not equal for everybody or I just don’t know the reason for paying more than other guests.

The hosts were always available. The location was nice, close to the Medina and the breakfast was fine.

Solo traveler and was comfortable in the all girls dormitory. The rooftop is a great place to unwind and watch the sunset. I only stayed for one night, but still enjoyed my stay.

The airco could be cooler.

The breakfast was good, eggs bread jam etcetera, not luxe but good. The location was about 12-15 minutes walk from the big square. the people were nice, even if I came late at night was no problem. The airco could be more cold, because it was 43 degrees outside airco was needed. thank you all personal.
