Everything was perfect

The water in the pool could perhaps be a little bit warmer and the rooms could be a bit more sound isolated in order for the guest to be able to be more private.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Les Yeux Bleus! The staff was very professional and friendly and treated us in the most pleasant way possible. The riad and the room was really magical and you could sit there for hours and just soak in the beautiful light, mosaic, vegetation while listening to the birds singing. The rooftop is also very beautiful and you can sunbathe in large sunbeds close to a small pool where you can refresh yourself. An extra star to Abdel who really took care of us during our whole stay. We will definetly come back!

Wonderful stay - we can highly recommend this beautiful riad. The staff are fabulous, so kind and we felt very looked after. The location is perfect, so close to the Medina. the facilities are lovely - a real oasis of peace in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. Thank you, we would love to return one day!

It is being redecorated and some areas are completely different to the photos on the website and Instagram. It’s still beautiful but they need to update their photos.

The bathroom was open to the bedroom - no door. We prefer to have a door to the bathroom - even a curtain etc would do.

The staff were really friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good. Our room was comfortable but not very large - which was fine as we were out exploring so much. Would definitely recommend this Riad.

What I loved most about this Riad was the service. The staff was amazing and so accommodating, especially with the earthquake. They went the extra effort to meet guide the taxis drivers and carry my bags. They also were helpful in mapping out where to sightsee and giving tips like booking the Jardin Majorelle tickets in advance. After the earthquake they checked in on everyone to make sure we were ok as well.

Would have appreciated some savory varieties for breakfast, a top up clean of the room daily and some sort of door/curtain between the room and the bathroom for some privacy.

Our stay at riad les yeux bleus was really good. The location is great (approx 10 min to the centre of the the medina), the riad is newly re-furnished to a nicer standard compared to the pictures and the staff is super friendly, sweet and very helpful.

Only think was there is no door between the bedroom and the ensuite bathroom so privacy is compromised. Totally understandably some facilities were under repair so the splash pool on the roof top was not useable and the hamman massage room was out of action ( plenty of others within 5 mins walk to use though) and we cooled down in the courtyard pool. !

The location just on the edge of the souks quiet enough but 10 mins walk in. V clean despite a bit of repair work being done after the quake The staff were all extremely welcoming flexible and helpful. Décor was beautiful mix of updated Moroccan with slight European feel.

The most amazing mint tea we have tasted in Morocco. Very peaceful riad with suitable music choices, nice surroundings, decor and architectur. Great hospitality. Very useful map presented at the time of arrival.

The earthquake happened while we were there. No damage to the riyad and the staff were great, but I worried about the locals a lot.

Great breakfast with wonderful service. Room was surprisingly quiet and private for being in a riyad. Beautiful as well. We were located just within the medina, easy walking distance to everything.

So very relaxing, a serene sanctuary in the middle of Marrakesh. Exceptional staff and service, beautifully detailed and comfortable interiors and shaded poolside spaces. Delicious morrocan and western food. Excellent transport arrangements for airport, souks and other activities. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to Abdul and his staff especially our favorite Symoor for making our stay such a beautiful experience 💗🌸

The shower leaked very slightly

The Riad was excellent, it had the right balance between traditional and contemporary decoration, the staff were fantastic and especially Abdul, the manager, for whom nothing was too much trouble - it makes such a difference to have great personal service. We would definitely stay again.
