Having to leave!! Stayed several nights...wish we could have stayed longer. Would not hesitate to stay here again if revisiting Marrakesh.

The staff at this Riad were incredibly knowledgeable about the local attractions and ensured that we could safely navigate the bustling medina. Their attentive service, coupled with the regular offering of refreshing mint tea, truly enhanced our experience. We thoroughly relished our time here and are already looking forward to returning!

I used also offer of hammam + massage. Massage lady and massage was good. But hammam is not OK, it doesn't have steam at all and you feel even cold while sitting wet and in soaps. Hammam I can't recemmend, I have been in real and proper. Some textiles from room could be nice to renew

Very polite and helpful staff, wide room with own terrace area and couch, comfortable bed, nice romantic rooftops, great breakfast. Good placed if you want be away from city center and are planing to visit Majorelle gardens.

Amazing riad!!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They spoke fluent English, they welcomed us with tips for Marrakech and mint tea with pastries. When we left, they kept our luggage until the time for our flight. The room and the whole riad were so beautiful and clean. Also, the rooftop was amazing!

I might look for a more central location closer to the souk. It was a little bit away from it all in a far corner. As long as you follow the directions provided you shouldn't get lost.

The team at this riad looked after us. They arranged airport transfers to and from the accommodation and were friendly and attentive. We have enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are a generous size, views from the roof terrace. Friendly and attentive service.

Nothing. There are some reviews mentioning the position of the riad but we thought it was great! It’s in a calmer part of the medina and if you go in the direction of the Derb Sidi Massoud street, there is an amazing local patisserie. :-)

We had the best time in Riad Losra! The staff was extremely accomodating and attentive, nothing presented an issue, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming, the room was super clean, and the breakfast was really nice. We stayed in various riads in Morocco and this one was by far the best. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Location of the Riad is confusing as our taxi driver had difficulty locating the place.

It was absolutely beautiful. The architecture, furniture and decoration was incredible. It felt very traditional and homie. I took atleast 1000 pictures of the place. The staff is so so sweet, helpful, and comforting. If I come back to Morroco I will absolutely be staying here again. Everything was so clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I loved absolutely everything about it and I’m so sad to leave. Both my friend and I couldn’t agree more.

The location didn't feel really safe and we arrived close to 9pm but the stuff came to pick us up and droped us in the taxi.

The riad is a bit further away from the centre of the medina so you will have to walk a bit to get to the major sights but that also means that it is quiet at night which is nice.

We cannot stress how wonderful the staff are. Imad, Ali and the lovely lady who served us breakfast in the mornings (apologies we didn't get a name) were all so kind, helpful and welcoming. We were given lots of useful tips and information on Marrakech with a map on our first morning which helped us a lot. The room was lovely, cosy and spotless - the whole riad is beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fab and the offer of mint tea each evening was so thoughtful. We also arranged an airport pickup with them which was good value and hassle free. Highly recommend this riad - we were sad to leave!

All staff were fantastic and so friendly and helpful with everything. Even brought some tea and biscuits to our room one evening which was a really nice touch. The riad itself was amazing and the room spacious. The rooftop was great as well. The riad location was easy to find with the odd signpost along the way, except for which door it was, but this was just around a corner in a walkway.

We stayed in the Green room, which was a lovely room but on the ground floor next to the dining area. Although it was never that noisy, if you wanted a super early night this would be difficult. The same if you wanted a sleep in as you could hear all the goings on. Just bring ear plugs :)

A lovely little Riad, but it's Imad and Ali who make this place what it is! They were fantastic, readily available, excellent advice, asking about our day, always ensuring we had everything we needed - couldn't have asked for better people on site. Imad's introduction was so helpful, and prepared us for our first time in Marrakech, his directions and what he pointed out on the map were super easy to follow. The breakfast each morning was tasty, and we only had dinner once but it was our best meal in Marrakech. The room was fine, tastefully decorated in Moroccan style, tidied each day, clean. Rooftop area is nice to sit out on during the day, peaceful as well. The service of this place is what makes it a 10, not the facilities. We found it to be a great location as nothing was too far to walk to, 20 mins tops, and an easy gate nearby the Riad (2 mins) to access transport.

Breakfast was great, the location was perfect, away from the most busy areas and close to medina wall were taxi stops. The staff was lovely and very attentive giving tips. I recommend booking a airport pick up with them. Beautifully decorated Riad with traditional style.

The staff was amazing 10/10. Imad took the time to explain where the main attractions are and how to easily navigate around and in the Mesina. The rooms are comfortable and clean, I will definately stay here again on my next trip and can't recommend it enough.

Such a beautiful riad with amazingly friendly & helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast included which sets you up for a day of sightseeing. After returning late one afternoon, I was pleasantly surprised to be bought mint tea in my room. Set just inside the Medina, it’s easy to walk to most places of interest. I also ate there one evening & was served a delicious chicken tagine. Fabulous roof terraces with views over the city. Definitely recommended!
