Amazing Riad in the heart of Medina - every scenic spot is within walking distance. Riad has a lovely and cosy interior - a lot of places to get some privacy or in case one needs to work (inner yard, separated relaxation zones on the ground floor, rooftop terrace). Staff was extremely helpful and attentive - brought some tea to the room the moment we checked-in. Breakfast is not a la carte but it's possible to choose between different egg options.

Parking! There is no parking, you have to park in a public parking. The guy from the hotel that was supposed to meet us at a park to help us was not there and didn’t answer although we called repeatedly. Very unprofessional

The staff are exceptional - very helpful and friendly. Once you enter the hotel you automatically relax, and sense the tranquility all around you. The food is excellent, particularly the wonderful Morrican breakfasts.

The airport transfer at 300DH was a rip off. And the driver kept wanting to sell us tourist package in the car.

There was a lot of building work going on around the Riad and the drilling started at 8:30am. Wasn’t a big deal for us because we were up but a lie in would be impossible. Not the Riad’s fault though. The spa, Hammam and massage were nice but quite expensive. The walk to the Riad is down an alleyway which took a while to find. It felt a bit sketchy walking down on the first day but we soon got used to it and it was perfectly safe.

The Riad is stunning, it’s in a perfect location. The room was also really lovely and very comfy bed. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great and it has a nice rooftop.

This is non alcohol establishment, so 'mocktails' are the order of the day, so perhaps as alternative they could sell non alcoholic beer, which is available at many restaurants/establishments across Marrakesh. Had this been the case we would have eaten at the Raid on another occasion as the evening meal we did have there was superb.

Perfect location for exploring the Souks, a relaxed and chilled vibe, which is exactly what was needed after a day exploring. The staff were really helpful, with both our arrival and departure, and provided some great tips for where to visit. Highly recommend eating at the property, we enjoyed a beautiful dinner and the breakfast was lovely.

The entry to the riad is a maze but after day 1 it’s easy and if you ever got lost the staff would come out straight away to help direct you

On arrival we were not sure about the walk down the narrow street to the Riad, however once we had done this a few times it was no bother .. just a surprise upon arrival, the porter was always available to help if needed. I thought that the room was a little tired and could have done with a little spruce up.

We both enjoyed the Breakfast and thought that is was very good value for money, the staff were exceptional and nothing was to much trouble for them, lots of variety of food.

My only criticism was that the towels and dressing gowns needed replacing to enhance the spa like feel. In my opinion they were a little rough and old.

We enjoyed this Riad so much! We couldn't fault anything! First of all, its Gorgeous! The staff were so kind and made sure we had everything we needed! They even prepared an early breakfast for us when we set out for the Sahara with a guide they organised for us, he was amazing. Communication was above and beyond! This being our first trip to Morocco, we had a load of questions and they responded quickly and thoroughly. The location is perfect! Tucked in the Medina so it's quiet after a full day of souks but close enough to everything, with shopping and restaurants all within a 5 min walk. We're planning to go back and will definitely stay here!

We had an absolutely brilliant time at the Riad Luciano. The staff were all exceptional - kind, courteous, helpful and all spoke perfect English. It's a five minute walk from the main street through tiny alleyways but perfectly safe at all hours. Once inside it's so peaceful and quiet! The rooftop area is spacious and well appointed. Our hammam treatment and massage both wonderful. Breakfast good. Mohamed on reception was a great help with recommendations. If you're looking for a Riad experience we 100% recommend.
