We are globetrotters. We had what we by far consider a superior experience at Riad Luciano. The staff made us feel like family. We feel like we had left real friends in Marrakech. Laila, Btissam, Mohammed, Yasser, Ismael and Mrs Fatouma will always a special place in our heart. The Riad is impeccably kept and is a true oasis in the hustle and bustle that is Marrakech. The staff looks after the smallest of details to ensure that one is always tended to. Their hospitality is by far unrivaled. Fatouma’s cooking is warm, delectable and truly life changing. Meals at Luciano just could not be beat by any of the restaurant we tried in Marrakech. Overall, Luciano and staff and truly gems. We hope to return many times.

The pool was a little cold but they all seem to be this time of year. Also better signage to find the hotel.

The hotel was excellent. The staff made us feel like it was our home. Facility were great the hotel was spotless. The location was perfect. Would highly recommend. Wish we had stayed longer.

We loved our stay in this beautiful riad. The bedroom was super nice and huge compared to other riads we have stayed in. The staff was so nice and helpful. They gave us good tips and assistance when needed. This riad is really a piece of heaven. We will come back for sure. Thanks again.

All was good

We liked everything, the breakfasts were nice around the pool. Had one of the best dinners in Marrakech at the Riad Luciano. Very clean and beautiful hotel. Nice roof terasse with views over the city. Good wifi connection even in the room. Room was comfortable and good size, bed was softer than other Moroccon beds experienced. The personnel was very helpful, friendly and easy to deal with !

Nothing, is was all good!

Exactly as in the pictures... The Riad Luciano is absolutely stunning, beautiful central courtyard with a small turquoise pool, comfy seating and tables with intricate Moroccan tiling and plaster detailing around doors and windows. Balconies overhang three sides of the courtyard as the aperture to the sky above widens at each floor to allow more natural daylight to flood in. There is a roof top terrace, compete with many chairs and tables as well as beds to lounge on. We had the Raiss room, which I think was the smallest, but perfectly adequate for a long weekend away for two. The bed was extra wide and comfy, pillows were great and the Riad is absolutely silent (at all times) with the huge walls eliminating all sound from the nearby busy streets of Marrakech! We had a traditional Hammam and massage in the hotel spa which was one of the best spa experiences we've had, the women who provided the treatments took their time, were thorough and really knew their stuff. Both the spa and the hotel itself was absolutely spotlessly clean. What is most notable about this Riad is the staff. Every member of the team at Riad Luciano were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, every time we made a request the answer was immediately 'yes, of course, no problem' and it was seen to right away. I'm sure running a hotel must be stressful at times, but you would never know here, the staff radiate an aura of calm. The team at Riad Luciano are attentive, professional, friendly, informative and positive in every way. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic staff that treat you like family and willing to assist with a warm smile. A beautiful well appointed Riad where you can escape to a Moroccan oasis. Lovely traditional breakfast served with care. Great location with easy access to Souks and also Dar El Bacha where taxis are easily found and safe due to good security.

We felt we were over charged for the taxi to/from the airport that the hotel arranged. 30 euros each way.

Traditional features finished to a high standard. Everything was very clean and the room was most comfortable. Good outside space on the roof terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The massages and facials which were arranged could be improved with more training of the therapist. The spa should ideally be in a secluded area away from the ground floor with blackout curtains and more privacy.

Excellent Breakfast with a varied selection everyday. The staff were very attentive and no request was too much for them. A special thanks to manager Bitisam, Mohamed, Khalid, Ismail, Yasser and the wonderful cook Fatoma- who cooked scrumptious meals. There were many more staff- cleaning ladies and helpers whose names I do not know but were polite and attentive and would go out of their way to be helpful. Loved Riad Luciano, the facilities, location, food and especially the staff! The included breakfast was perfect with a combination of different food choices accommodating all diet types. Fatoma is an amazing cook and her cuisine was spectacular. All portions were very generous and the food was created with a familial love. Our rooms were very comfortable, with all necessary amenities. Any extra requests were always accounted for promptly. Special thank you to all of the staff for hosting us with incredible care, kindness and heart. Bitissam was great as a main point of contact and organised any activities, be it meals, excursions, wellness or providing general advice and was a phenomenal hostess! Huge thank you also to Khalid, Yasser, Ismail and Mohammed for always providing supportive service and accommodating any dietary needs or further needs during our stay. I loved Riad Luciano and anytime I am in Marrakech this will be my go to place. This place earns my highest recommendations!

What a wonderful experience - each and every staff member here was absolutely delightful and very attentive. They were always on hand to help out, to offer tea or coffee's and to get your table ready if you needed. We booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel since it was our first time in Marrakech, and the driver was waiting for us when we arrived. The Riad down a few pedestrian only streets, so we were met as close as the car could get, by another staff member on foot. Once we knew our way, we were able to get back to the Riad easily but the staff still accompanied us to the meeting place if we were going on a prearranged trip. We were mainly in town for a wedding, so we hadn’t planned much in advance - the staff helped us decide what day trips we might like to take, booked everything for us and sorted out all the logistics. The trips we did were great, the tour guides were knowledgeable and fun, and I can’t wait to go go back and see more! On our way back to the airport, they were honest and said a prearranged drive would be more expensive, but gave us great tips and suggested prices for us to pick up a local cab. Breakfast each day was really tasty and more than plenty, I would recommend not missing this! There was variety each day and it was always good. On top of great service and conversation, the manager also greeted us each day and checked in to see if there was anything additional we needed. If you would like dinner at the Riad, it’s good to put your dinner orders in earlier in the day as some meals can take longer to prepare - but on the days that we hadn’t planned this well, we were happy to have whatever was available and the wonderful chef was still able to make us some amazing dishes with what she had. I really can’t recommend Riad Luciano enough - you really feel like you’re well looked after and you’re right in the middle of a beautiful place! It feels like staying with family (in a good way!).

Riad Luciano was an amazing place to stay!! It was my husband and our 2 year old son in the Sultan Suite, which was perfect. Very spacious, clean, big comfortable bed, lots of room for our items, made it easy to feel at home for our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing - arranged airport transfers, assisted with our bags, recommendations, directions, coordinated a night to the desert for us, helped make things as easy as possible for us with our toddler, etc. I truly cannot say enough about the staff. Every person was exceptional! The breakfast was incredible, so delicious. The pool was a fun bonus, we loved taking a dip. Location was also great - within the medina but tucked away a bit. It was very easy to walk into the main part of the medina, but nice to not be in center of it all. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Riad Luciano to anybody.

The location is perfect for the true Moroccan experience. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful from meeting us from the taxi to welcoming our guests into the Riad for a drink. They even lit a fire in the evening when the temperature dropped.
