We expected our room to be larger based on images online but it was still lovely and comfortable.

Beautiful food at breakfast and dinner. Wonderful service and very friendly staff, especially Moneim. Beautiful rooftop relaxation areas. Loved the minibar with cool drinks in the room too.

This property is superb, it's just immaculate. The pool and architecture is a true gem, and the rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned. The location means access is convenient, but it's also still immersed into the medina area. The breakfast is also extensive, high quality and delicious. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Riad Palais Sebban is a must if you're visiting Marrakech.

Air con was a bit weak but then again it was during 114 degree heat wave.

The most spectacular hotel I've ever stayed at. It could charge an entry fee for tourists to see it, it was so magnificently decorated. Service was outstanding. Staff was courteous, attentive, helpful. Breakfast buffet was plentiful, varied, delicious.

everything was perfect

Beautiful property right inside the walls of the Medina. easy to find and go to and from places. The entire staff was amazing. one of the gentleman even made me a special yea to help my laryngitis. Their breakfast is delicious and their dinners and drinks were wonderful. The rooms are all unique and gorgeous. I hope to visit again in the future.

Although we understand the facilities and Riad are open for all as a couple wanting a relaxed stay there were children which meant the pool was busy so we relocated to the roof terrace. Shower could have been better and air con needed to be limited to 23 degrees which was not really low enough to cool is down.

The facilities with the pool and rooftop terrace was amazing and the bar and food service was friendly and relaxed which we enjoyed during the hottest part of the day. Location was excellent and walking distance from the main square and souks. Breakfast have a wide selection on a buffet including pancakes, omelettes on request and numerous traditional Moroccan dishes. You also get a nice welcome talk with a map and some recommendations which was a nice touch.

Sebban was amazing amazing amazing!!! The staff truly went above and beyond for anything and everything we asked, even going as far to purchase a fan for our room when temperatures went above our comfort level in Marrakech! They suggested and booked many attractions and restaurants during our stay when we realized businesses were closed for Eid. The breakfast was so spectacular and very vegan and vegetarian friendly!! The pool and main area on the ground level was so serene and peaceful. The raid is also located in PRIME location in Medina, close to all restaurants and rooftops in the Medina and the famous markets. It was all very walkable and nearby! Highly highly recommend Sebban for your stay!!

Nothing. It was a great experience for us.

It's a very pretty traditional Riad which is kept very well and like a small museum/palace. It's actually quite big for a Riad with a few buildings connecting together, a bit like a maze with many secret beautiful spots. The main pool next to the dining area is stunning while the little pool is tucked away on the rooftop and was so cosy at night for a hot summer day. The buffet breakfast was full of choices and delicious. The staff was professional and helped us with luggage, posting postcards, etc. Wish we could stay a few more nights there.

we loved staying in this Riad and will recommend it for sure. breakfast was great and also the service. the room was lovely. our seating area maybe a little worn out. the comfort of this Riad was 5 stars and we also managed to have a late check out bc. late flight.
