The bathroom was not very comfortable, the shower was in the floor, just in between the sink and the wc - no shower curtain, no separation - so everything becomes very wet when you take a shower..

The riad is BEAUTIFUL!! The breakfast is incredible

This was our return visit after a tour of Morocco. We had driven all day from Chefchaouen and was not offered a cup of mint tea as we were on our first visit.

This Riad is well located in the Medina and not far from the gate of the Medina so your transport and luggage does not need to travel far from the car drop off point. The style of the Riad is lovely and traditional. It is very calming inside with no street noise and a lovely courtyard area for meals.

we were not keen on check in when they tried to persuade us to move to a different riad for 2 days as they were fully booked.... We refused and were promptly checked into the room we booked which we were happy with.

Beautiful riad in the perfect location. Nice restaurant and bar and great terraces to relax in. Lots of variety for breakfast. Staff were all very friendly. Definitely the true Marrakesh experience staying here and we would certainly return.

The riad is stunning, location is brilliant and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is great, plenty of fresh food with freshly made bread (naan, paratha and more). I would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful, magical location; hidden gem. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary there and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend going there!

My partner and I were pleasantly surprised with the stunning interiors of the whole Riad, the unique atmosphere, exceptional design with thought-through details around every corner, the green and quite communal spaces and extremely helpful and kind stuff. From the very first moment we entered the Riad after a long return journey from the Sahara Desert, we absolutely loved it. It's much better in real life than in the pictures and we will definitely go back there!

It is a piece of art in itself. There are so many hidden artistic nooks here and there besides the main areas such as the pool, spa etc. The staff was friendly and very caring. It was very clean and just felt like a real palace :)

The staff at the breakfast service pretty much ignored us throughout our stay. We had to ask for juice (and even then it was like they were giving us a handout) but I did notice that white guests received attention and proactive service. It's a good property but I wouldn't go to this property again just for this reason as I noticed they treated other non-white guests similarly at breakfast.

Nice cosy place. Close to the city centre. beautiful property. We were in the Atlas room and the private terrace was a great touch. The reception staff were always helpful and very nice.

A gorgeous oasis in busy Marrakech! we’d return in an instant-the staff were beyond helpful & friendly; the food amazing & the Riad decorated with beautiful taste. Great Medina location w/ beautiful rooftop, yet quiet & lovely when you enter. Fun local music some evenings too. We will return & highly recommend!

The hotel isvery well decorated and has a lovely queit riad atmosphere. The staff were very helpful and nice. The check in and check out was very smooth.The room was great with a very moroccan riad architecture and very well maintained pool. The breakfast and dinner eperince was great. The hammam experience was very nice and relaxing.

Internet was broken for the one night we stayed there. Service was okay, but not as good as the other two riads we stayed at. (No mint tea on arrival, had to be assertive to get help moving our bags, whereas we were used to very seamless and attentive service in other places).

Pictures are accurate, this place is beautiful. You're staying in a palace. Good breakfast. Heat, hot water (not aways a given in Morocco so was nice to see that all modern accommodations were in place).
