Terrific interiors, great services, got a room upgrade for free, what I can say more.... ah yes of course perfect location to enjoy the Medina. Zhen I zqs leaving the chef made me an 'extra' of the dish I most enjoy at the breakfast for my upcoming long voyage to the south...

The air-conditioning unit in our bedroom kept making a loud noise therefore would wake us up. One of the staff did take a look at the unit but it was still a bit noisy.

The Palias Sebban is in an excellent location only about 7 minutes walk away from the Jemaa el Fnaa and so close to the attractions. The breakfast was lovely with traditional Moroccan options and continental. The Riad is beautifully decorated in traditional rich Moroccan style colours with mosaic tile floors, ornate wardrobes, brightly painted walls and ceilings and an open air courtyard, around a small pool. We had a beautiful terrace seating area overlooking the pool right outside our beautiful Junior Suite. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

They need to be more well know to taxi drivers. Essential!!!!

Breakfast was excellent. We arrived at 9pm and coyld not see well. It is just inside the Medina. I. Side the hotel was like an oasis. Old world brought into thec21 century most gracefully. Love love love.

Had such a great stay here. Absolutely loved the riad, so much to explore and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was great, loved the pools and spaces to hang out. A very much needed retreat from the chaotic energy in Marrakech.

Only a few negatives which were minor but a downside was that we found a cockroach in our room but staff were quick to remove it when we let them know. Would also have been nice to see the selection of rooms in the Riad, and potentially opportunity to choose, as there are quite a few and we found out all of them are different with slightly different styles. Additionally a tour, or rundown, of what was around the Riad would have been very helpful (e.g. info about the hammam) as we only found out about the rooftops after enquiring if there was one. Overall, very minor problems compared to the delightful stay we had.

Breakfast was a nice continental spread that you could help yourself to but also had Moroccan dishes to try! Lots of food available, and even had the option to have an omelette made for you. The room has a living room attached to it, and the whole place was lovely and spacious, with a nice moroccan touch to it. The courtyard was the main star of the Riad with a beautiful small pool at the centre (bigger than most Riads), with lots of sitting space and even the bar beside the courtyard which served lovely cocktails. There were 2 different rooftops that were stunning and gave you an amazing view of the City but also nice and peaceful up there. Location was great as it was in the Medina so we were a walk away from most places.

The most incredible experience! Absolutly everything was perfect. The staff were wonderful, they couldnt do enough for us, from drinks by the pool, organizing our taxis, to ironing shirts, they were exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and the communal areas were stunning too. We ate in the restaurant a few times and the food was incredible also.

We had a fantastic time at Palais Sebban. The five star rating is absolutely deserved and the property is in a great location, so easy for the Medina and historic city. The rooms were great, the staff amazing and extremely helpful. We had a couple of excursions that the Riad organised for us which were really good. They also sorted out a private transfer we needed to Agadir which again was great and with no issues. The facilities in this Riad are top quality. You wouldn't need to go out if you didn't want to but its so central to the main square and Souk, just a 5 minute walk and you are in the middle of everything. The acid test is would we go again and the answer is absolutely yes.

Just to note there are a lot of stairs so not the best place to stay if you have limited mobility.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - they went above and beyond! Fantastic atmosphere. Beautiful architecture! Very clean! Would definitely return here again!

It was all good. If the temperature had been over 40 degrees I wonder whether the air con would have been effective - this is a traditional place, not an airtight modern box.

A gorgeous place in great location. Incredible building, in a traditional style with endless spaces to explore. Beautiful tiling everywhere, every detail was considered, down to the ornate hand rails, elegant cats and house tortoise.

This place blows your mind! The riad in itself is an architectural masterpiece and the staff is beyond friendly. It's very centrally located. The Jemaa el-Fnaa square and Koutoubia mosque are just a few minutes away. The room was beautiful and very spacious and the two pools were very much needed with the heat. Definitely recommend staying here!

The owner doesn't treat his staff well. Underpaid, and over-worked. There were a lot of steps involved, considering it was a ground floor room, which was a nuisance because we had a stroller.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. The included breakfast was good, as was the rest of the food in general.

Nothing there was no issue with any part of our stay at all. Everything was 10/10

Everything was perfect, from the pleasantness of all staff members we came across, to the facilities, the location, breakfast, lunch and dinner absolutely everything. To say the Riad exceeded our expectations would be an understatement this was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. We look forward to coming back again soon.

There is nothing to not like everything is perfect..

I loved this Beautiful Riad from the moment I walked through it’s doors the Palace is amazing in every way the decor is just perfect in every room and everywhere is a wow moment.. The Staff what can I say except that they are the most wonderful people who care about you’re every needs they are all lovely people .. The food is exceptional the breakfast is totally delicious too… I will only stay here whenever I come to Marracesh as it adds to the magic of the journey..
