It was a bit far to walk as it is on the outskirts of the medina, however this meant it was quieter at night which was appreciated.

Room was lovely, staff were kind and friendly. We enjoyed a good massage. Food was great especially the breakfast. The decor was beautiful especially our room!

The place is amazing and everything is well curated. The staff is always at your disposal and ready to help you with everything. Everything was perfect, only one thing - area where it’s located - it’s short walking distance to medina and center, but area itself was a bit uncomfortable, probably not a best part of the city.

Best riad we have stayed in Morocco! Super comfy, great rooms, clean, cozy, had a great bed with great mattress so had the best sleep. things in room what was very appreciated - body cream, shampoo, etc. Great breakfest and terrace. Had nice evening swim in pool. Also - best team and staff, we arrived very late and was super hungry, kitchen was closed but they still helped us to arrange all. Gave recommendations etc. Would definitely return.

The Riad was amazing! It is very clean, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable, the staff is more than lovely and competent and on the plus side, they offer lots of different activities to choose from…. I highly recommend it if you ever go to Marrakech

Accommodation was a bit tired but staff very friendly and helpful. The location is a difficult one as easy access by car as some riads not accessible by car. However it is on the edge of the medina and some distance to walk to the main square and souks. The area seemed a little more run down than others we walked round. We had a suite but no water provided or maps of the city. It wasn’t cheap and with 10% booking.com discount it still seemed a little overpriced.

The riad is right next to an entrance to the medina, so it can be a bit noisy in the evening. But it was not a problem. The prices for drinks are at the upper limit, but the offer was very good. The real problem was the room. It stank, and stank terribly. Like a sewer, like mould, like a bunker. I'm sure the owners are aware of this, after all, all the windows were wide open when I arrived. My complaint the next morning was met with a shrug of the shoulders.

The riad is very lovingly furnished, the roof terrace is great, the food was not cheap but very good. The breakfast too: very good.

The only complaint we had was the location. Good thing is that it is near to the main square and inside of the riad was pretty relaxing. However, we arrived in the evening hours and only local people were outside. Streets of Medina in this area are narrow and a bit dark, so make sure you know where to go since in other case taxi may leave you few streets further and local people will charge at least 30e for helping you and showing you the right direction.

Riad itself is really nice, rooms are comfortable and everything is clean. We were staying in Jafar apartment and really liked it. Cleaning lady was visiting our room every day and stuff on reception was super kind and nice. They were also polite and helped us with every request we had. Breakfast was well-prepared and amount was appropriate. We had no issues with payment or anything else and would visit this riad again for sure!

There was no access to an Iron which I needed for my shirts. But the staff organised to send my shirts to a laundry to get ironed.

Staff were very good. They were quick to help with any issues we had. They were helpful in recommending different sites to visit.
