Nothing it was exactly as I expected

Owner and staff were very hospitable the Riad was clean and of typical Moroccan decor. Location was perfect in close proximity to the centre yet amazingly quiet.

Great location close to everything. Stayed there for 3 nights. Very clean, basic but nice breakfast with lovely fresh juice every morning.

For this price is a great stay. So nothing is wrong.

So. This taric is in a very quiet alley. It's also 2 minutes from the El fnaa! Very clean and nice breakfast. If you like luxurious you have to find something else. This is a vfm riad. And the owner is a very nice guy!

When I initially paid, they didn't have any change. I bought this up a couple of times and they said they would give it to me but they never did. I could've pushed harder, but I shouldn't have to go through so much effort to get change. it was only 30 dirham so not a huge deal, but a bit annoying

The position of the Riad really close to all thinks in the center of Medina Old City,Mr Tarik available any moment and the Staff the Miss is very polite. The price matching with Quality Services .

The best was Tarik himself, who was very helpful with anything we needed. Always available to help us, truly mirroring the well known Moroccan hospitality. Unbeatable location. Really tasty breakfast.

Nothing I can think of, the riad fulfilled all our needs. Breakfast and a bed to sleep.

Breakfast was supreme, local variety of bread and marmalades. Tarik was very useful and friendly every chance we got to talk. We arrived super late, around midnight, but we were shown to our bedroom. Our bedroom was small, but it served its purpose. We were travelling and walking all day, outside of the riad, so we only needed a place to sleep, and I recommend this riad (extremely well located in the center of the medina) to everyone that just needs a place to sleep.

The design on the bathroom was problematic, especially because the water clogs badly on the shower, and you need to go through that space to reach the toilet.

Close to the Square. Tarik helped me book a taxi. The taxi driver was very nice. The ryad price is very reasonable.

Very difficult to find. In my opinion a large sign at the beginning of derb jamma would be a big help. One would not expect a hotel to be down that derb (street/lane). Great once you find it though.

Cool interior, very traditional, in the heart of the medina. Hot water ok. Good breakfast although I wasn't aware it was included.

Communication was verrrry slow, took days to get a reply when I was asking for help with directions. I had asked for help to get a taxi to the airport by message, they said €15 then changed the price to €20 when I got there, nothing had changed at all on my side. I organised it myself and paid €8. The pillow was pretty thin, the blanket had a musty smell. Room only had a window to the corridor and no curtain, light outside the room was left on all night.

We were expecting a proper double bed. Although Tarik accommodated us by allowing us to change bedroom for the second night, in both bedrooms the bed was not particularly comfortable due to two single beds being put together instead of having a double mattress on a bouble base. Breakfast was nothing special because of the basic quality of jams, fruit juice, and bread.

Tarik, the owner, is easy to communicate with and friendly. He is a nice guy who is ready to help. He was responsive. The location was great.

There was not any soap or handwash in washroom or toilet. They provide us bunk bed...! AC was not working. I cann't belive that how can they get 8 point rating!!!

maybe not the best for solo travelers that enjoy meet people because there is no common area at the entrance to spend your time.

Tarik was very kind and always availabe on whatsapp if necessary. The girl that received me and makes the breakfast accepted to anticipate it by 30 min because of my day trip. The room was cleaned every day and the towels changed. The breakfast was simple but sufficient.
