The road is in a bit of a bad condition but ok. It was a bit cold as we travelled in March but the rooms have heating (air conditioning) and it works (some comments say it doesn't). First of all, you need to be aware that Ifrane is located at 1665m, so you can expect a slightly colder stay, especially in winter, and of course this is not a five-star hotel.

Very comfortable apartment with an Alpine touch, the room smelled nice of wood (cedar), the room has air conditioning/heating, the rooms were clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The water in the bathroom is hot and clean (some say the water is not warm and clean)

Such a serene place to stay, close to town but hidden away so was quiet and comfortable. Our room was lovely, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious with a great shower. The dinner was superb. The hosts were lovely. You will need a car.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly comfortable, with clean rooms and a stunning view. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Their menu items were fantastic, especially the pasta and chicken escalope. A special thank you to Khawla and Bushra for their exceptional hospitality—they were both so attentive to every detail and truly made the experience even better. We also enjoyed the beautiful cats that would always come by our balcony window for food, adding a lovely touch to the atmosphere. Highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

I visited rise in valley during winter time, the new year period, together with my husband and twin girls of two years. I loved the staff, they were so friendly, they spent time playing with my girls and making their time even more enjoyable. The food was prepared very carefully, the room was clean, organized and most importantly it was warm during the cold nights we stayed there. I recommend you guys to visit them and explore for yourself.

Everything was great.

We had a quad room that was palatial. The bathroom was large, clean and had plenty of hot water. The hotel isn't quite where you expect it to be but has great views of the valley. Dinner was delicious but expect it to take time to be served.

The driveway to the hotel needs to be resurfaced, it is in a really bad state. The wifi in the main area doesn't work. Our shower head was blocked and the water would go from hot to cold really quick. The bathroom sink didn't have any water pressure or hot water. The other bedroom was missing a tv.

The staff were really helpful and nice. They welcome you from the start with such great hospitality. The wooden chalet was also great to stay in, makes it feel really cosy in the cold weather. The location is very peaceful. I also liked the fireplace in the main lounge area, where you can sit and enjoy some Moroccan mint tea. Also the breakfast in the morning is basic but good eswell, with a lovely view.

I liked the Location !! It’s full of nature and life , the only issue (not a big deal ) was the loud Barking of the stray dogs outside at night … I gave it 9 out 10 just because I would have liked more options in their MENU specially that the hotel was far from restaurant etc …. It’s gonna more ideally if they had bbq options + soups….. BUT OVERALL highly recommended if you want a getaway from busy life !

The location was stunning, we arrived with no expectations having never travelled to Ben Smim or the Ifrane area. (Ifrane being a 20 minute drive away.) The staff were very friendly, helped us with our bags & even offered to move the car to a parking space for us. My wife speaks darija, so would recommend bringing someone along who speaks the Moroccan dialect or French, but can still get by without. The food & service was excellent - salad & bread always fresh. They even have a cat, which they look after & keep fed and clean, who gave us a lovely welcome too :) We had a suite room, and was great value for money along with the service we were given.

The host was more than amazing. Even she was working by herself with bunch of customers, she had a big smile and good attitude and facilitated the access to all of us.

The bathroom was a bit dirty though the sink and the toilet seemed to be very new. The location is not very practical and you need a car to get there. The street to the hotel is not the best since it is a gravel road.

This property and the view is beautiful and the rooms are very cozy. As an austrian I felt very at home ;)

The lighting in the room was extremely dim. The bathroom had no glasses or bathmat, which was a problem because there was no shower curtain and the floor was wet and cold after showering. They didn't provide bottled water.

Staff was really nice and they prepared a delicious dinner for us, even though it was a bit last minute. The tea was one of the best we had in Morocco. We loved the "chalet" feeling of the hotel. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable.
