The food could have been a bit better quality but there were loads of it. The evening entertainment could be improved.

The property was aesthetically pleasing, particularly the pool area. It was gated and I felt very safe. The hotel was right across the promenade from a lovely beach and a short cab ride from the fort and Old Medjna (a must go). Staff were lovely. Ahmed in the entertainment team was super helpful.

Only real issue was breakfast - full breakfast started at 0730 although they opened at 0630 (but you could not even get a boiled egg at 0700!). I wish the indoor pool opened eralier for a swim before breakfast

Food was good but the facilities were buffet only and it all felt a bit like a school cafeteria. The staff were excellent. All other facilities (numerous pools and a gym were good.

All of the comfy bed areas by the pool were reserved each day by people’s towels. There should be a signs to stop this. Or more comfy bed areas. Seagulls were also a big issue and kept going into the pool and pooing everywhere.

Shower drain blocked and took a long time to drain in our room. Some staff were clearly much more attentive to certain guests at dinner, maybe regulars or tippers. We moved from the area we were seated at first night (where we were pretty much ignored by the waitress there) and received excellent top notch service in our new area for the rest of our stay. The shows were a bit lack lustre.

Great location, right by the beach, walking distance to town and marina so not too isolated, beautiful grounds, large pool, hotel rooms large, bed comfortable, temperature just right. Food was varied and good quality. Excellent customer service, I had a birthday card delivered and beautiful decoration on my bed on my birthday even though I didn’t tell them - that is attention to detail! Would definitely stay at Riu again.

The outdoor pools were too cold to swim in. The selection on the buffet could be rotated more. Some of the foods on offer weren't great. The restaurants were still a buffet.

The french bread was always nice and fresh. I enjoyed the fresh mint tea. The staff were amazing, particularly the entertainments team. I enjoyed the activities that were on offer. The location next to the promenade was lovely. So great to see and hear the sea every day. Room with balcony overlooking the sea was good.

Breakfast coukd have been more selection i.e sausages, bacon, potato, baked beans and vegetables a bit limited also not too hot luke warm. Beers were good but spirits were cheap ones with not much taste not your usual brands like Smirnoff Vodka, Bacardi Rum, etc.

Staff very friendly especially the cleaners and reception staff. Good selection of food in buffet section. Room very clean and large with nice balcony.

Nothing really however if you are in a room close to the road it can be a little noisy at times from the traffic.

A top class hotel in all respects. Modern clean and very well managed. Staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The food is to high standard with lots of choices for all tastes.

The food had no variety between restaurants and the al La carte is t really al La carte. Just the selection of selected cuisine which is also in the buffet restaurant.

I didn't like 2 beds, I can not understand why you do not have double mattress.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic—we loved it! There was always plenty of space to sit, and everything was fresh and clean. The juice was refreshing, and the food was consistently high-quality. A great start to the day!

The outdoor pool was freezing......but it was December! Lovely heated indoor pool though.

Huge rooms, very clean. Location on the beach was stunning. It was just me and my 10yr old son thanks to £15 Ryanair flights. We were only here for 2 nights. It was perfect for a wee pre Christmas treat. We had a great time, the entertainment staff were fantastic with my son.

None of the outdoor pools were heated. If they were, we would re-book for next year. However this alone has stopped us which is a shame. Even if one outdoor pool were heated it would be sufficient.

The entertainment program and activities were not well-organized, and the staff seemed disengaged, treating it more like a "tick-box" exercise. As a result, we didn’t find the activities engaging at all. The reception staff were often too busy and didn’t seem to notice or acknowledge guests waiting. Additionally, the rooms were located on the first floor with no lift, and there was no assistance available to help with luggage, which was inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The food options were excellent, with great choices available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For dinner, we especially appreciated having two restaurant options—Moroccan and Asian—which added variety to our dining experience. The pools, including the indoor pools, were also very good and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The room size was spacious, and the views were absolutely amazing. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
