Arrival! Had to carry our luggage ourselves from reception to our room, (up stairs and end of accommodation bloc return 3 times to reception as key didnt work, it was 3am when we got into our room , first time in this hotel not a great start

I didn’t like breakfast, it wasn’t much of a variety. Everyday was the same thing. It got boring after 2 days. The indoor pool definitely didn’t feel heated, felt just as cold as the outside pool.

I loved the Moroccan tea. I love how clean the hotel was and how friendly and helpful the staff was. The location was really good. 30mins from the airport and the beach was at the hotel doorstep. The city Center isn’t far as well.

What was not good about our stay: In our view, the only thing that let's the hotel down are the rooms. The rooms are not to the high standard of the rest of the hotel. 1. They need updating and better maintenance in terms of cleanliness and stopping ants from getting in 2. White towels provided in rooms are not always clean 3. Beds are not so comfy and all rooms only had twin single beds. No option for a large double or king. 4. Bathroom doors inside rooms provide little privacy and cannot be locked. Very strange concept to us 5. Although the pools were very enjoyable, could do with removing the black mould from the floor of the pool. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at the hotel and would love to return one day. Certainly we would recommend to everyone. We do hope however that the management do consider improving the standard of the rooms.

What was really good about our stay: 1. Superb Location on the beach 2. Quality of food was amazing. 3 restaurants on site all served very good food. Although food does become very samey everyday, we still enjoyed it very much. 3. Majority of staff were very friendly and helpful. Othman at reception always had a smile and helped us a lot with sorting out the issues with our rooms. 4. Hotel grounds are exceptionally beautiful and well maintained 5. Family friendly environment

The food on the other hand could have been better It's my 4th time here and it hasn't changed ..same stuff everyday and yet not so tasty. Not much variety... so you end up eating pizza and pasta everyday

The view is amaaaazing The music and entertainement were lit The location nearby the beach is a big asset The staff was beyond kind The right place to rest and have a great time You can enjoy a great book in the quiet, or have fun dancing and singing .. there is really room for everything

The pool bar staff are not friendly at all, no smile, I didn't feel welcome there.

The hotel is right on the beach, the territory is clear and safe. The staining view of the ocean I will never forget. The staff is amazing and very friendly, they work very hard during a day. Animation team did their job but sometimes it was a bit noisy. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel receptionists were friendly and willing to help any time. Pools are crystal clear and no problems with the sunbeds. Lunch and dinner were good, breakfast was usual - nothing interesting. :) I liked the hotel, its facilities and staff. Well done and many thanks for your care! Hope to be back one day.

Room was quite dark and air con really wasn't great. Meat and fish were amazing (as i was told) but as a vegetarian i didn't find the food too amazing. Seemed to lack flavour and variety. Lunch was okay but the ''snack bar'' was freezing cold chips with little else - quite disappointing.

The hotel staff are what makes this place. Absolutely amazing, kind, helpful, funny, hardworking, positive people with great english. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The pool area was beautiful and location was great-on the beachfront and had a lot of shops around the front area of the hotel. Drinks were extremely strong which makes a nice difference from usual water downed drinks in resorts.

I think the check in experience should take less time, as it was not as enjoyable in comparison to the rest of the stay.

Hotel is located only 2 minutes walk from the beach, where there is private area located for the guest of the hotel. At the beach there are 2 local business offering jet ski or suffering lesson that are reasonable price. Hotel offers range of alcoholic cocktails and non-alcoholic alternatives. There is a range of delicious food served from breakfast to dinner with option to book reservations at their Asian and Moroccan restaurant for dinner. There is plenty of activities provided by their animation team, however the house keeping team ensures that you are looked after and your room is always kept tidy with fresh towels for you to use.

cleanliness of room- room service tidied up everyday but the floors were never cleaned. beach towels were not available every morning. food at breakfast and lunch did not change enough every day. the snack time advertised was terrible. the drinks available were terrible in terms of choice and quality, with no option to buy better.

Very hard beds. All beds were single including Sofa bed. Sofa bed had no bedding when we arrived. Price charged did not match booking. Com quote, when i queried i was told it was due to exchange rate but near 100 euro more expensive.

Lovely staff. Nice hotel. Lots of food choices.. Very nice beach location. Very safe and chilled out for family. I travelled alone with my children and i felt very comfortable and safe.

The receptionist were not particolary kind and not customer oriented. If you pay at check-in they charged around 5%more to referenced to exchange rate that they apply. Maybe not the best solution to go with kids+5 due to the fact of lack entertainment for them. The hotel does not have atm internally you should resch the next one that belongs as well to the RIU hotels that has 2 inside...

The staff members bar and animation was wonderful always cordial and ready to assist every request. The surroundings were nice and room were specious. Accessible to people with disabilities.

I checked in for 4 people, yet only beds for 3. Had to argue with staff before they gave me another bed. Spent the first night sorting stuff like this out. The towels on arrival were horrible and old aswell. Double beds are twin beds joined together!

Bathroom door did not shut and we were in a room for family. Hotel does not know have a policy on nudity and couldn't tell me if it was appropriate or not that people were sunbathing naked in a resort suitable for families.

Food was good and nice variety. Location was good. Staff were friendly and attentive.
