Staff were very helpful and friendly and the facilities were excellent including the spa where we enjoyed a wonderful relaxing massage. The food was good but pretty much the same every day except for the Morrocan themed night which was very good. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is set in beautiful grounds and about 25 minutes from the city centre but they provide a free shuttle bus or it is easy to get a taxi.

The wifi in the rooms did not work the entire time I was there. Mobile reception was also terrible in the rooms. I tried to call the reception to fix the wifi issue and they reassured me maintenance was coming to have a look. Maintenance never came the whole 5 days I was there.

What is there not to like. I would move in if I could haha. Think the only things to work on would perhaps be a later shuttle bus back in the evening.

Drains in our rooms kept blocking and smelt. Bed was a bit hard for me. Other than that we were very happy.

Location is a bit far out from the main part of the city, but free shuttle makes up for it. Wish the waffle makers was more available and the pool had a heater as it was a bit cold. Gym was good but could do with a bit more equipment

The TV in the room could do with some apps like Netflix, Disney and more.

There was a variety of food and drinks, the staff were kind and helpful. A lot of activities happening, great outdoor spaces (really big grounds). There's so much you can do here, you don't even need to leave the resort. We didn't use the shutter bus but felt it was a good addition to know we can use. The staff were accommodating even after we checked out and waited for a late flight.i will definitely recommend this place.

The hotel is quite a distance from the Medina or the city centre. They do have a shuttle bus, which you have to reserve in advance. However if you like to get to the hotel or to the city (Medina) it costs 100 dirhams for a taxi each way, and 150 dirhams after hours. Taxi's try to force you to pay more, you've got to be stern with them and agree on a price before you get it. You can ask for them to use a meter, however I did not find out about it, to try it myself. In terms of the facilities, the exterior gardens and main building are beautiful certainly a 4 or 5 star quality. The bedrooms are in a separate building which is a long walk. The architecture of building seems dated, and the bedrooms ambiance was okay. If they did a facelift with modern drapes and better lighting and pictures it would make for a more modern feel.

They had a good selection of food for breakfast. The restaurant opens early, so if your going on a tour, you've got plenty of time to have a quick breakfast, and join the tour. Lunch and dinner had an excellent buffet selection. The bedrooms have heat, which is wonderful in the winter months.

The Hotel is located within a well-maintained, truly nice park, and offers an amazing, big pool with hundreds of sunbeds. All the staff is very friendly and helpful!

Everything was great to be honest. I've tried to find an error but there wasn't any, from the food, the staff, the spacious cleaned room, the heated inside pool ,variety of activities, you can spend days inside the resort without having to go out.

For the level of the hotel I found missing some basic stuff like coton , cotton buds, the towels were not suitable ( small and the quality to review , one per person with no small additional towels for hair …) The covered swimming pool was normally a good plus for the hotel when we did our choice but it was actually not clean , facilities were defective and the person in charge not welcoming at all So I would recommend the hotel works on this small things because the rest is really good so that will give more value to your customers

The gym equipment could be better/ updated with more equipment added and a bigger gym to cater for the many people who stay at the hotel.

Our room was cleaned daily and towels freshly replaced. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and the gardens are immaculate. There are taxis outside the hotel which makes for easy transportation if going out to explore. There is a tennis court so we managed to play some tennis during our stay.
