Location is perfect for Agadir. Walking distance to marina and has free parking on site. All meals had great choice and excellent quality. Tried Moroccan restaurant and it was perfect. Hotel spotlessly clean in all areas. Bar choice excellent for an all inclusive (not your usual cheap alcohol) cocktails are great which is a huge plus. Staff throughout the vicinity are very polite and work very hard. Spa/hammam was brilliant, very relaxing. Overall, definetely the best hotel in Agadir!

This hotel has nothing to do with what is shown on the website. We had a leak in the bathroom, not fixed during the whole stay. The buffet had no choice and everyday was the same service. almost nothing was cooked, everything reserved and frozen. They were unable to provide us with orange juice without any sugar in it. The staff was very unpleasant and had sense of service. Do not go here you will be very disappointed and waste your money.

I booked this hotel for my grandmothers, but then i was not allowed it. The day pass was more than 4 seasons, im not sure why i couldnt just pay for a lunch and join them there. This caused real problems on their visit and it means i will not be able to book it again for my family visits, which is such a shame.

You should really look into what’s going on at Riu Tikida Palmeraie Marrakech. We spent 3 days there and it was absolutely horrendous. Service was terrible, waiters are not trained, barmaids as well. Pool boys were very rude, they stared and made very very unprofessional comments. A lot of harassment from the entertainment team, asking several times a day, up to 7 times, if we would participate to the activities, even though we said we were just there to chill. Wifi does not work except in the lobby. Our room had damaged walls, our sink was so clogged, we could barely wash our hands. And finally the shower had a major leak that was never fixed, when we would take a shower the whole bathroom floor would be covered in water. The pool towels were DISGUSTING, it’s shameful to give those towels truly. Sunbeds were so so dirty, white part turning brown and grey part has white stains. The experience was so unpleasant and disappointing.

I left my shirt there, called and when they answer they tell you that they’re gonna look for it and call you back. been calling for 3 days and nothing. sent them an email and nothing. Horrible staff, very egoistic and only looking for money. never going back.

I had only planned to stay 2 nights initially and explore other hotels . But i ended up staying here my whole trip . i paid for the rest of my stay the first day i arrived because i loved it sooo much (even though i had paid for the other hotel, i couldn’t get a refund but i didn’t mind, i just couldn’t leave) . This is the first hotel i ever stayed in that meant it when they said ALL INCLUSIVE. It was a nice time everyday , they had different activities and entertainment everyday after dinner. You literally wouldn’t want to leave the hotel to go anywhere because it’s so amazing and comfortable. And the food , wow so good. I can’t explain how much i enjoyed my stay here . All the workers were super amazing too . Best hotel in marrakesh 💕

The service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was exceptional. I was travelling with my disabled mother. The Porter was so kind and helpful helping my mum. Check in staff that evening Said was wonderful, the staff in the restaurant and poolside were all so professional and personable. Food was great as were the domestic staff.

THE BREAKFAST WAS SO NICE , ALL FRESHLY MADE AND JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT. THE LOCATION JUST FAR FROM BEACH BUT IT WAS LIVELY WITH THE POOL SIDE PARTY EVERYDAY. THE KIND OF HOSPITALITY I ENJOYED EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATION. 5 OF MY COLLEAGUES ARE ALREADY LOOKING FORWARD TO STAY IN THE SAME HOTEL

Very far from the city, you have to take the taxi everytime you wanna go somewhere, its not expensive but annoying as this hotel is somewhere outside Marrakesh and nothing around. The pool is nice, big but people put their towels to occupy them and all day long its hard to find a place .. you see only towels but not people using them actually. . also there is no music at the pool and its boring if you looking for some entertainment. Food is not very tasty also ..but i expected that as is all inclusive:) If you’re young this hotel is definitely not for you… Also.. i’ve been many countries and many cities but never been asked to pay 200 dirham to use the iron 😅 Spa not worth it at all:) Dont waste your money on packages.. just go for the massage if you dont wanna pay 950 per couple .. they will leave you alone in the hammam half hour.. 20 min they will put scrub on you and after u get 15 min of massage:))) And you will end up paying 950 dirham just for the 15 min massage and one h you will stay alone in the hammam and with scrub on you. Definitely not coming again to this hotel as its 20 min from the city where the life its and nice restaurants around
