Shower curtain is a bit off the ground so you will get the bathroom floor wet; just be careful.

Very central location, only a few minutes walk from Jamaa El Fna. The Riad is located within back streets so it will be quiet. Check in was easy and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the AC worked without issues. WiFi was good enough to stream videos and make video calls.

Our stay in the Riad totally exceeded my expectations, I was looking for a nice and comfy place to stay but I found a great place with amazing staff and great services. Since my booking Abdo was looking for our confort, he explained me how to arrive to the Riad and actually arranged out transportation from the airport, the quality/price was the best. As well they arranged our little trip to the dessert, beat tour and price too. The place is súper comfy, great beds and pillows, air conditioning and the breakfast in the terrace is great, Abdo and Adele where very polite with my and my mom, the location is just beside the main square but not that noisy so is great to sleep.

    All was perfect

Definitely one of the best Riads to stay in Marrakesh! Both staff are amazing, friendly and helpful - couldn't ask for more. I felt super welcome the moment that I arrived and that kept throughout my stay - even when I only came back to say Hi a few days later. They help you with all local needs (buy SIM card, water or souvenirs). The room was comfy and quiet and clean. The location is super central, just a few mins to the main square. Thank you for all your help, if I come back, I will know where to go!

It was cold and wet when we visited - some towels to dry the seats on the terrace would have been nice! The bathroom got quite damp and wet because of the short shower curtain!

Absolutely 10/10. Excellent friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful. (gave us great tips and recommendations - we wont forget you guys!) Incredible location, easily accessible from the main square. A huge tasty breakfast was served on the terrace. Large spacious room. Very clean and beautiful building.

    No negative notes

We arrived at the Riad very late in the night, but nevertheless Abdo (the manager) welcomed us very kindly! The Riad is perfectly located in the Medina, 5 minutes from the main square Jamaa el Fna. Our (double with private bathroom) room was cozy and comfortable. A very good Moroccan breakfast is served on the rooftop. Abdo is always there if you need anything and the whole staff is very kind and caring. Finally, very good value for money - we recommend this Riad!

The bathroom was simpel/practical and clean, but can use an upgrade. In our country (Netherlands) we are not a fan of white lights. It would be more cosy with warm lights!

The hosts were very helpful, never seen it before like this. They asked many times if they could help or if we needed anything (like towels/game cards/different breakfast or cleaning et cetera). They mediated with a rental car and hammam and were very honest about prices and other stuff and tips in Marrakech. We even recieved Abdo's Whatsapp, so we could contact him if we needed help for the days in Maroc after Marrakech. Breakfast was very good, the riad was clean and we also could use the fridge/kitchen. Beds were good and our room was very quiet, even it was in the middle of the medina. In a few days we go back to Riad Saad for our last days in Marrakech. If you want hosts you can trust for 100% (which is useful if you're in Marrakech, especially if it's your first time) go to this riad :).

    No complaints.

The rooms, location, cleanliness and breakfast are all great. But what sets this Riad apart is the service. Adil and the other gentleman who work at the desk (I didn't catch his name (sorry!) are so incredibly helpful with anything and everything. Tips, guides, even a packed breakfast at 7am for my tour. I was the only person the tour whose Riad was that thoughtful. On my late return from the desert trip I even sat and watched Real Madrid with Adil and he made tea. Wonderful. Thank you to the staff.

two men shared duties at the front desk. On my check in and check out days, one guy barely did his job, fast to go to sleep and slow to get up and showed up at the front desk. The other guy named Yousob was very helpful and provided assistance whenever we needed, and deserve to be commended. Facility: air conditioner not working, bathroom had no floor mat, amenities are bare minimum for the nightly rate they collect. I would definitely not recommend this riad to my friends and family.

breakfast is ok, Mina the server was helpful and nice. The only good thing of the stay is this riad’s location to shops and restaurants.

Good, convenient location inside the Medina. The room itself is not as nice as the colourful pictures. After the shower, the small bathroom was overwhelmingly wet with half-cut bath towel used as bath mat. We came back from dinner one night after some heavy rain and my friends room was flooded with water running from outside terrace. Breakfast included was a bonus and Mina works very hard to provide it. We very much appreciated and enjoyed the open space at the top floor. Ayoub was extremely friendly and helpful. It was such a pleasure to communicate with such a nice and kind person. On the other hand, the other man at the reception was deliberately unhelpful and spiteful after unsuccessfully convinced me to book the desert tour with him which we already committed with another agency. What a childish behaviour from a customer service person and one and only one just tarnished the whole riad.

Avoid This Riad – Unbearable Smell, Noise, and Discomfort Our stay at this riad was a complete nightmare. While the staff was friendly, the overall experience was awful. From the moment we arrived, our room was filled with a sickening sewage smell that never went away. We had to keep the windows open 24/7 just to breathe, even at night when it was freezing. Closing them meant suffocating from the stench. To make matters worse, we were given a ground-floor room facing the reception. Every conversation, phone call, and guest arrival echoed into our room as if it were happening right next to us. The windows were so thin that the constant noise from the busy streets, especially the loud motorcycles, made it impossible to get any rest. We had to cancel an early morning activity one day because we were completely exhausted from the lack of sleep. The bed was rock-hard, making sleep even more uncomfortable. The bathroom was equally disappointing, with reused plastic spray bottles filled with unlabelled, thick, and questionable products—we had to buy our own toiletries. Breakfast was another disaster. The eggs smelled off and were served nearly raw, making them inedible. Overall, this riad was one of the worst accommodations we’ve ever experienced. I would strongly advise against staying here.

We didn't like that once there they asked us to be paid with cash while on Booking.com it was stated that the payment could have been done by credit card. They could have let us know in advance, but instead they told us once there. So we had to withdraw money from the bank loosing time and fees. Also, the breakfast is very basic. Other riads offer a much wider breakfast.

The riad and the room were nice, the bathroom was somehow more spartan. Position is excellent.
