This is a super cute budget stay in Marrakech. Compared to some other budget places we stayed at near Jemaa el-Fnaa, this was by far the quietest and would recommend it to other quiet folks. The staff is friendly and respectful. The accommodations and bathrooms were very clean. My favorite part was enjoying breakfast from the rooftop.

When originally booked I put my filters in, so I know what I’m getting but after my booking, I noticed that I wasn’t given the private bathroom, and the breakfast wasn’t included when I asked for these particular things. I did message the hotel to see if these things can be arranged, but I found them pretty rude told me to cancel if I wasn’t happy. I was forced to pay tax in euros when I didn’t have euros. This is full advertising.

Ita a very nice Hostel in the middle of the Medina. Very helpfull stuff and also very Clean. The roof ist amazing and we would definitly come back!

The only 2 drawbacks were the pillows are all waaay too thick to sleep on for 2 out of 3 of us. And the sink water only got up to lukewarm water unfortunately. But with the shower right there this wasnt an issue.

We loved most everything about this hotel. Staff is super kind from reception to breakfast staff. They all made us feel at home. Location was also perfect. Breakfast yummy. They also gave us extra of anything we wanted like bread and super delicious coffee (individually made with a proper coffee machine).

In case of room no. 1 (the one with terrace view) it might be a little bit noisy due to people on terrace. However, I slept very well with earplugs.

We could hear the noises from others as the window was to the inside of the building and for solo travelled (girls) going at night to the hostel can be a bit dangerous. No bin in the rooms.

Everything is good in Sindi Sud. The breakfast is very good. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff is the most incredible in Morocco. I really sugere this Riad. Is very well located and everyone helped you here. They speak arabic, french, english and spanish. They are very kind.

The shower was a bit difficult to operate - I couldn't get hot water consistently from it. They said there was a special way of operating it - if they could show this at the beginning of the stay this would have been better, as I am sure everyone who used it without knowing the special technique would have had a similar problem.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after. Travelling during the summer heat can be difficult - so they put a fan in my room to help with the heat as I didn't have an AC in my room. They also helped me out when I was sick due to food poisoning. They took care of all of my needs and treated me like I Was their own family member - I highly recommend them they are excellent!
