Discotheque noise, please don’t forget your earplugs. I had an issue about it but the staff managed to solve it by moving me. Overall experience was excellent.

Riad Soir de Marrakech was an absolutely beautiful place, rooms were very clean, staff was helpful, and location so convenient.

The pool is lovely but it's not heated, which is OK when the weather is hot (its been 24-27 degrees during our stay) we wish we just knew that before booking as we have been really keen on swimming that unfortunately didn't happen as water felt freezing cold

The people were absolutely great and helpful we have been hosted by a group of professionals. The place is very beautiful relaxing and comfortable . The cleaning service tidied up the room daily. The location is not far from a city centre but far enough to get some peace after busy day. Riad had bar and food and there are nice restaurants nearby too, aswell as shops and taxis. Breakfast choice was little but tasty :)

A fantastic Riad, with wonderful, helpful, kind staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great discussions with Simo in the bar, who really helped us to understand Moroccan culture.. We stayed in one of the suites, definitely worth the little extra, a huge tastefully decorated room, with a very comfortable bed.

We had booked superior double room, they gave us a room next to swimming pool. It did not look like the pictures we had seen while booking, but we were so tired that we didnt bother and just checked-in. At night, we could not sleep as it felt someone was constantly walking above, it turned out there is cafe right above the room. At midnight, we complained so they immediately shifted us to another room(with sleeping son in tow). The new room matched with what we had seen, which they should have given in 1st place, anyways, the beds were comfortable and we could slee and staff(sorry, i didnt remember his name) was really helpful to us.

Everything was excellent. Location is good and easy to reach center, taxi are easily available as there is big shopping mall right next to the Riad. Riad is in new area and not in medina. But interiors were really awesome. Lots of attention put in in the interiors. Breakfast was good, we really liked the hot Moroccan crepes. All the staff were always smiling, courteous and ready to help.

They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Riad for anyone visiting marrakech

The sheer hospitality of the staff, great conversations, and being always ready to help with anything. The location is convenient considering having a mall nearby for basic needs. Home cooked authentic food, and smiles everywhere.

AMAZING! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so welcome and taken care of at a hotel. The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean/ big, the breakfast was delicious and I absolutely loved it. The location is close to the airport but it was super easy to get to everywhere by taxi (and cheap). I highly recommend staying here and I will be coming back next time I’m in Marrakesh!

It's tricky to get parked because of bollards outside. There was no on-site restaurant or bar that I could see, The room could have been improved with a table and chair as there was no place to sit except on the edge of the bed. Very dark outside at night so it was hard to find the front door when I arrived late the first night -- the entrance is a small flap within a larger wooden door. Breakfast was very frugal - a glass of orange juice, cup of coffee and a croissant.

This is a family-run establishment where the two sisters on the desk were very attentive. Excellent wi-fi service. Very spacious room and shower room Shopping mall directly across the road for fast food and/or groceries. Good overhead A/C unit in the room and it was a bonus having a fridge. Handy location if you're a golfer, like me, for the various golf courses.

Far from the city center. Breakfast was really mid. They made us pay the jacuzzi 15 euros after use without telling us about it before.

The room was next to the kitchen. I heard they washing the dishes and cooking instruments until late night. Also they lost the cap of my shaver during the room cleaning. What sad is that I heard no single word of apologies.

Reasonable price and reasonable facilities. The lady staff was very friendly.

1- the breakfast was low quality food 2-the room was stuffy-no air flow 3-the owner was not hospitable 4-one night the music played until 2 am we have to asked to stop it . 5- we had an emergency at night and the front disk staff did not have any information on local hospital or clinics

There were some of bugs with some in our room and some in the bar area. I also had scheduled a massage around after 6pm on night for the next day at 5pm and then the next day I went to get my massage and they claimed that I had scheduled it for the other day at 4pm which wasn’t even possible. I just wish they did more to help because it felt like they didn’t care. Some of the food wasn’t my favorite but that was probably due to different taste preferences.

The staff was very nice and kept the room overall clean. The room was very nice and the location was nice next to the mall. Very authentic and pretty. Staff was helpful overall!
