We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MoroccoWhen we need help to drop.of our baggage to the car, we call the reception and they said they will send someone, but no one's appears around hour, my wife has to pick up all baggage by her self, and at the reception they see her and no one help her, this is most shocking thing I ever experienced in a hotel, I think this is my last time to.visit afoud, I use to be a regular client a time a go but now it's over.
The man in reception for the second day was very gentle and he had to deal with me in a professional way as i explain to him the situation of the reservation.

Highly recommended. There wasnt anything that we needed or wanted that we didnt recieve. Staff are highly welcoming and kind. Breakfast was super, enough to make us want to get out of bed early morning :)) Reception and breakfast staff were awesome and the rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. If we came to agadir we would definitely stay here again.

United KingdomThe location is very central. You can walk to most things. We had bed and breakfast which was more than adequate. The room was a very good size with a little kitchen to do your own thing. We we're on the eight floor with a panoramic view of Agadir. We will stay there again for the fourth time.
