Overall Property is good maintained, and good space. Right in front of Ferry Terminal, close to Continental Hotel, walking distance to Ibne Btouta house.

The breakfast was ready more than half an hour after the "official schedule", so I got really late waiting to eat.

Old beds sheets, tiny lockers not good for backpack, bathroom door doesn't lock well. Beds have no individual privacy curtain.

Hard to find something maybe little technical details like light problem in the toilet and not working bed lamp

Very close to Tangier port so it was easy to get there even walking , nice competent stuff , terrace on the roof with view of the city, well equiped rooms each one with spacy toilet with shower and off course breakfast included

Hot water, the bed was not the best, but for this money I couldn't complain much. For 3 euros you can wash your clothes.

The bathroom in the female dorm is a great option with maximal two persons in the room. The moment there are more people staying in the room, the bathroom is constantly in use, which is especially inconvenient at night as it gets loud. There is no alternative bathroom available outside of the room (since other bathrooms in the hostel are located in other rooms). It would be safer if one could lock the dorm from the inside (for example at night, cause everyone could walk in freely).

The manager and staff were welcoming and friendly. The location is great, less than 10 minutes walk from Cinema Rif, and close to Kasbah. Breakfast on the rooftop included in the price was a nice add-on.

Lovely rooftop, yummy breakfast and amazing staff that are there to help you when you need. Dorm rooms are laid out nicely and the rooftop is a great place to catch up and socialise or recharge after spending the day exploring 🫶🏼

the terrace top music scene was amazing until late, with Moroccan style music fused with a little western pop most of us could sing along to, making for an unforgettable night. The building had lots of character and was good value. appreciated the staff greatly.

The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast time wich was a disaster it says that it starts at 9h30 but the ladies at the kitchen they only talk and laugh and they're very rude talking to you and they make breakfast time very long till 9h45 I wasn't able to have breakfast twice as I had things to do in the morning.

The first thing I liked are the hosts men at the hostel they were very welcoming and friendly people, always available for your needs, the second thing is the location wich was incredible amazing with sea views and the mountains,

Shower in the room overhead was disconnected and the other connection was difficult to use.

The street can be a bit noisy when you open the door and there was not a lot of places for everybody to hang their wet towels. The bathroom doors open to the outside and since my bed was right next to it I woke up every time somebody came from the bathroom and banged the door against my bunk. We moved the bed away from the door a bit.

Nice little stay in Tangier. I arrived by ferry in the evening and walked from the port to the hostel in a about 10 minutes - that was one of the main reasons I picked this hostel. Though my phone lost connection, I stayed close to the outside wall and managed to find my way there even without a working map. It is a bit tricky to spot it as it's at the of a small alley, but Hotel Continental is a really good landmark to follow. Check-in process was smooth and quick, the staff very polite and helpful with my questions. I'm glad I read the reviews before - only then I realised I hadn't been charged! So be prepared to pay in cash. My room was nice, I think it's the best shared room (the only female one) in the hostel! We had six people in the room, though it was a bit difficult with everyone's bags, there wasn't any good place for luggage. The bathroom was nice and cleaned every day, typical to Morocco where there is no shower curtain so everything will be wet. The breakfast was also authentic Moroccon, but a bit heavy on the carbs side.

The staff were wonderful, especially Mustafa. We were able to do laundry for 30dh. Breakfast was nice, but mainly carbs, and usually only ready around 10am. Wifi was decent

There was no shampoo or body gel in the bathrooms. It would have been better if I could pay online before check-in at the hostel.
