The main downside of our trip was that there was so many small flies in our room, we hadn’t had the doors open or anything yet there were so so many, I felt like they were coming from inside the room which made the room feel unclean.

Drinks were very expensive, even the local beer. We would have also appreciated a drink on arrival, it was late and we had to wait to be checked in. I would have expected a refreshment after a long travel day in such a luxury hotel.

The tea and coffee provided in our room were not replenished throughout our five-day stay, so we only had enough for the first day, which felt surprising for a five-star hotel. Similarly, while we received a complimentary bottle of water on our first day, it was only restocked on the last two days of our stay.

The location is fantastic, with the beach conveniently close by and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants, many of which are child-friendly, which was great for our family. The pool area was spacious, and our daughter loved having two outdoor pools to choose from—one was warmer, which was a nice touch, especially on cooler days. The hotel wasn’t overly crowded during our stay, which allowed for a more relaxed atmosphere by the pool. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was good if you were vegetarian but no section for meat eaters unfortunately.

There was such a good choice of fruits, cereals, cheese, pastries (lots of them) eggs, juices. There were plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The staff in the hotel were wonderful. Everything was so clean. Our room was a deluxe and it was huge. The view of the pool and ocean were stunning. They even left a birthday cake for my husband in the room which was delicious.

There was a rather large conference when we stayed which disturbed the tranquility of breakfast and to some degree the pool area for a couple of days. Other than that I can't complain.

Room was excellent. Pool and surrounding area beautiful. Sea adjacent, perfect for surfing. Hotel staff were all very friendly, especially Mustafa in housekeeping who knows his surf spots and the guys serving around the pool were excellent. Very close to lots of great restaurants as well.

got a upgrade, so that was great. Not sure what distinguishes a Sea View from Ocean View, but we could see the Atlantic anyway, so happy. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The location was excellent and on the beach. The staff were accommodating, understanding and made us feel real welcome. Best gym in a hotel ever seen and I used to work in Hospitality

We did not have much information regarding the hotel spa-no details or price list in our room. This could be promoted more as a feature for the hotel.

The selection of items at breakfast were amazing and the hotel pool area is well laid out with a large sunbathing area and beautiful gardens surrounding it. All the staff were extremely helpful and very attentive.

Our stay at The View at Agadir was a resounding success ! The warm welcome by friendly staff who went out of their way to see we felt at home was wonderful ! The delicious food ( especially at breakfast) was divine and the gorgeous location including beautiful gardens added to the serene atmosphere . The Concierge service was impeccable and took care of our every need ! Our sightseeing tours (including to Essaouira, the oasis of Tiout and to Taghazout) with driver/guide Hicham were great fun and informative. Can’t wait to come back ! Shukran for everything ! 🙏

Food in the restaurants at the hotel is about double the price of the ones outside and not much better quality. This is reflected in the fact that they are almost empty whilst the ones outside are buzzing. Similarly the spa prices are very high and the facility seems very under used which is a shame as the spa area is beautiful. Be careful if you book and pay in advance through booking.com. The hotel tried to charge us again when we left and it took 20mins of arguing and checking to resolve.

Excellent location, right on the beach and close to great restaurants. Le Playa just a few hundred meters from the hotel does excellent quality and variety of food. The Jade next door does great Asian food. Pure Passion down by the harbour is also superb and they have a free shuttle service in the evenings. It’s about a 25 minute stroll down the promenade. The buffet breakfast has the best range and quality of food we have ever seen. No full English here but omelettes, fresh fruit, huge variety of breads, cheeses, pastries, waffles, pancakes etc etc. Staff are really helpful and cheerful. The swimming pool is styled like a lagoon with palm tree islands and is just amazing. It must be almost 50 meters from end to end. We would recommend doing the yoga with Lauren. You get a free session with your booking and you can pay for further sessions. The sessions are an hour and take place late in the afternoon next to the pool with the sound of birds and distant sound of the waves.

The property is beautiful and greatly located. The staff is very professional and helpful, especially the chief concierge. It was our first time in Agadir and we can’t wait to go back and stay at the View again. Most of the staff spoke multiple languages, so it was easy for us to communicate. The hotel is very clean and recently renovated. The view on the pool or the beach is breathtaking. The restaurants were great and the morning breakfasts are something to look forward to. My wife and I were there for our 25th anniversary and can’t wait to go back.

We could not fault the stay at The View. Any issues were dealt with promptly.

Staff and facilities were both incredible. We had a massage in the spa, the 30 minute back, neck and shoulder massage was excellent value for money, with pool access included. A special shoutout should go to Mohamed at the Dielli Bar. He was so hospitable, friendly and informative.
