United KingdomIt’s very hard to fault anything, but there weren’t any ‘plant-based’ options on the menu. However, they were testing dishes while we were there, which were being added to the menu. I would recommend letting them know beforehand if there are any dietary needs
The hotel is in a 'soft opening' phase, so not all the facilities were available, although we had a fantastic stay. There were only a handful of guests, and we were very well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is very polite and attentive; they couldn't do enough for us. They were wonderful with our 6-year-old daughter. Yassine welcomed us and was always there to help. Fantastic service, kind, and friendly. Rajaa went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. Incredible service, and she catered to all our needs, especially dietary! Everyone at this hotel was super helpful.

Our stay there was absolutely fantastic. What we appreciated the most was the kindness of all the staff: from Houcine at the pool to Hamza and Oumayma (guest relations), our driver Mohammed without forgetting to mention coach Aziz from the fitness club.... we really felt at home in this hotel which accommodations, services and restaurants are a solid 10! We will definitely be back soon and we recommend this hotel to everyone who's looking for a real 5 star in Agadir.

Positive- Friendly team, fantastic breakfast and service in the restaurant, the gym is 10/10 great modern high quality equipment. Negative- very poor check out experience I was asked if I used the mini bar which I didn’t but the male receptionist said somebody needed to go and check this. After waiting 5-10 minutes whilst he tried to find somebody to check I explained how unacceptable it is to question the guests integrity and the unacceptable wait. I just walked off in the end. After a very positive stay this was very frustrating. Beds need thicker mattress toppers.

Apparently we were the first guests at the recently renovated hotel which sits on the beach in central Agadir. It's is simply one of the best hotels we have stayed in beautiful, pools, gardens etc. we have tried both onsite restaurants Moroccan and Italian both excellent ... we were the only diners so the staff and service were amazing. The breakfast buffet in the morning was again, extraordinarily good with a waffle station, omelette station, local Moroccan bread and everything you would expect from a five star hotel really really good.

IcelandUnfortunately, the lobby staff were unhelpful from the start. We were given a room with a view of an industrial site instead of the one we booked. It took a day and a half to get moved to the correct room, and no refund or discount was offered for the inconvenience. The floors were not properly cleaned—we even found croissant crumbs on the floor. One day, housekeeping forgot to put a fresh sheet on our bed, and it took over 7 hours to get it fixed. Service in general was slow; even simple poolside orders took 30–60 minutes.
The pool staff were friendly and welcoming, which added some warmth to an otherwise frustrating stay.

United KingdomIt was missing the pleasantries that you would expect in a hotel of this quality. Checkin was good but could have done with some water or some morrocan tea as per other hotels in Morocco. Just adds a bit particularly when most people have travelled great distances to get there. I realised after looking out of the window that i did not get the sea view room that I booked - it was pool view. When i raised this with the hotel they told me it was an upgrade LOL. As it was a late check in i was too tired to make an issue out of it. What was further disappointing is that there was no water in my room either - (10pm check in) - so I took the one from the fridge. I was very disappointed to be charged 70 Dirhams ( £6.00) for the bottle on checkout, even when I explained. It may sound petty but its these little things you remember - especially when i went Pizza Hut after and had Individual Pizza and a Pepsi for 60 Dirhams (£5.00). I hope the Hotel takes this as constructive feedback as I would like to see this hotel do well.
The location is perfect just near the promenade with beach access. Pool and facilties have been recently refurbished and upgraded. The staff were very friendly and always greeted you with a smile.

United KingdomWe paid 450 dirhams for the hotel to send a taxi when the average taxi rate from airport is around 200. The taxi man didn’t even take our bags when he came to meet us at the airport which put us off straight away considering we paid double what we should have. During our stay 12-17th December there was one particular staff member around the pool area who seemed like he never wanted to work. Because of my 3 year old son we wanted to order food and drinks around the pool which we were told we could but this staff member would purposely never take our order. I would even ask staff to take our order and they said they would get him and he never turned up. Made me feel really awkward and put me off spending as much time as I would have liked around the pool area. The one occasion we did manage to get his attention food took ages to arrive and chips were cold. Breakfast was the exact same all 5 days, same pastries, eggs and yogurt. Nothing different and if you didn’t like eggs you didn’t have much option. By the last day I ended up eating toast only. No evening entertainment unless you eat at one of the restaurants. Usually when we go away there’s always some sort of evening entertainment for all guests. We went to the spa and the steam room wasn’t on, had to wait 30 minutes and it wasn’t very hot. The jacuzzi which is on their website was empty. Only thing that was working was the heated pool. My husband wasn’t allowed to use the steam room which was a shame so he ended up coming out our his massage. We ordered some drinks to our room was expensive £26 for two cocktails.
The check in staff were friendly, all the staff at the hotel were very kind to my son and made a huge effort to learn his name and speak to him. Rooms had a balcony and showers were powerful and hot. Hotel was clean and two minute walk to the beach and restaurants.

AustriaI didn’t like the attitude of the staff .We booked two deluxe rooms (that were relatively expensive to Agadir due to high season) and faced same problems. Bath room sink was clogged right. We repeatedly asked them to change the room due to a weird and loud noise that they admitted eventually it’s coming from the air condition unit situated on the roof top, prevented us from sleeping the whole night .They claimed hotel was full and only the second night at midnight!

GermanyOur stay at this hotel was a major disappointment. We had an early flight and were told by reception that we could go to breakfast slightly before 7am. However, when we arrived, the staff treated us as if we were intruding or trying to take something we weren’t entitled to, even though we had already paid for breakfast. Their rude behavior made us so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving the hotel without eating. This is not the kind of service you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. You definitely don’t get what you pay for here. Avoid!
