Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomClose to seafront; about 10 minute walk down the boulevard… like a home stay, cook your own food; shops around to buy groceries… 15-20 minute taxi from agadir town centre, local places to eat and drink. Rooms are clean and prices are perfect for low budget travellers. Happy to have stayed. Hope you enjoy too

LithuaniaBeds is located in the end of big coridor, so all the traffic when someone is moving from private rooms is very well hearable.
Everything you need was in order, clean and working well, but the best thing was to meet host manager Selma, Goddess on this Earth :))

AustraliaIt is not unique to this property, it is the case in many hostels, that sometimes the bedding is uncomfortable. I slept in the dorm and also had a private room. The dorm mattress was good but the private room mattress was very hard. There was one type of very full and firm pillow and synthetic bedding rather than cotton. Perhaps byo cotton pillow case that you can fill yourself, small cotton sheet or cloth/sarong to sleep on. Also be aware that although this is a small beach town it has a lot of loud traffic noise late into the night and early morning - ear plugs are good!! Hope this helps make your stay just that bit more comfortable.
Great property!! Great community area on roof and good kitchen. Super clean, well priced, spacious rooms. Staff are one family and they make you feel so welcome and assist with any plans you have to make your stay in the area memorable. I felt safe and very welcome by the people in the area. Moroccan’s are the kindest people I have met during my 8 months of travel! I do however recommend that visitors to Morocco acquaint themselves with general Islamic protocols - especially that women don’t touch men and visa versa. A western way of hugging kind people of an opposite gender can be misinterpreted! Also the importance of women dressing modestly especially out of respect and in support of the local Islamic women.

MexicoEverything was perfect
I had an amazing stay! The entire experience was comfortable, well-designed, and with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hostel has a cozy and relaxed vibe, perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful stay while still having opportunities to connect with other travelers. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the terrace is a great spot to unwind. The Wi-Fi is absolutely outstanding, with modems on every floor, making it an excellent place to work remotely. The location is also ideal—just a 15-minute walk from the main part of town and only 5 minutes from the beach. There are stores, a bakerie on the same street, and a bus stop just 2 minutes away, making it super easy to explore Agadir, Taghazout, and other nearby towns. The family that runs the hostel is absolutely lovely. They go above and beyond to make your stay special and will even cook dinner for you if you ask. I stayed in a private room, which was super comfortable, but the entire space is thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience, I will definitely be back!

GermanyThe Transfer to the Airport is pretty expensive, wouldnt recommend using that.
Especially Selma and the two owners of the Hostel were super lovely and caring, even though those two didnt spoke much english they always made sure to understand the needs of the guests. I think they should implement that everyone washes their own dishes after cooking cause when I was there they were too nice to make everyones dishes.

PolandSometimes it can be loud when people party on the terrace. Also I wouldn't choose to sleep in dormitory because it's in the hall - everyone passing by makes noise so probably not too comfortable to sleep
Family hostel in a typical Marocain style, really clean and esthetic. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Terrace and kitchen to use. The family and staff are really helpful, kind and friendly, I appreciated it a lot 💚 The area is calm, with local life. There is a small bakery and small market just next to the hostel, also bus stop to go to Agadir or the other way. Walking distance to the part of Anza with surfing and eating out
