ChinaI booked their room and got confirmation. after 40min they canceled my booking and I was on my way yo their hotel and can not check my phone. When I arrived and I been told that was booking's fault and made mistake. there has no room available. I bring my parents at night in the city there was no room available. The staff do not help at all,and feels like it's my fault. If there have some issue should call me rather than text. I think this kind of way is very bad.

IsraelThe place is reasonable but nothing more than that. We did not enjoy our stay there. In the first place we called to ask to send us a taxi to pick us up at the bus station - at our expense of course - they said they don't provide this service. The room was not cleaned. The shower flooded every time we showered because the water did not flow properly into the sewer. The service at breakfast and in the restaurant in the evening was really poor - the waiters did not consider the needs of the customers. The acoustics in the corridors were terrible - everyone who walked in the corridor heard him as if he was making noise.
