the bathroom wasn’t to clean and the kitchen staff was not caring to much about friendliness or has not been that welcoming. something I would expect being a guest in a hotel.

the house has got a great location and is close to the beach, 15 min. walk to the Medina. the outside area of the hotel is lovely!

Sweet hotel in a quiet area of the town. Only 5 min to the beach. Useful storage for surf equipment outside. Really nice terrace available.

The roof terrace was my wife's favourite while I liked the pool and spa facilities.

My wife and I spent 3 amazing days in Essaouira with Baptiste and his team of amazing chefs and staff. From the very first welcome we knew that it would be an exceptional stay. Bapiste explained in 15 minutes, while completing the necessary paperwork, some lifehacks for Essaouira. Too many to list but one simple example was taxi fares, he said they cost this or that (depending on night or day) this simple piece of information took a layer of not knowing from our daily activities and knowing the price, I'll let Baptiste tell you when you arrive, made the hailing and payment of the taxi drivers a simple task. For those that know nothing to do with "how much is it?" in Morocco 🇲🇦 is simple. Long story short I would highly recommend Vent des Dunes to anyone fortunate enough to spend time in Essaouira.

Breakfast needs attention ; coffee not steaming hot. Cooks need to be informed an 'omelette' isn't a fried egg which fits on a saucer....

Close to beach, restaurants etc. Value for money. Lovely building, quiet too. Roof top area great.

The mattress was a bit hard, room could be a bit bigger.

Lovely place to unwind and calm. We liked the location in the garden and rooftop terrace. Staff were attentive. The manager Baptist was friendly and informative, also helped us to book quads, meal out and hammam, which we really enjoyed. Food very nice at the hotel, we had a dinner one night at the rooftop terrace, and tagine was delicious. Very close to the beautiful beach and a few nice beach bars and restaurants around. We would love to come back, and stay again at Vent des Dunes.

Wonderful stay! Location is very good - the beach is 5 min walk (very convenient for kite/surfers), town center is nice 20 minutes walk by the seaside. You can chill in the garden next to the pool or on the amazing rooftop (also great as a working space). Room was quite small but very cosy and clean - all you need. Breakfast (and possible dinner which was absolutely delicious) is served on the rooftop. And last, but not least, Baptiste is an amazing host with the best tips for restaurants :)

It was the 10th time, that we came to Essaouira! The room was very comfortable, cleanx, arrange lovely and the little terrasse was cute and under the beautiful Bougainvillea tree. The main terrasse was very stylish and with a nice view, where we take breakfast every morning. The staff was so nice and adorable!! Every morning, when we came up to the terrasse, it takes one minute and everything was on the table! Baptist, our host, did everything and answer every question, that we feel very comfortable and happy! When we arrived at 5am in the morning, he was awake with the nightmanager and welcome us very heartwarming and uncomplicated! And at our departure day, he organized, that we get a big breakfast package with food and drinks! So awesome! We will guaranteed come back to The Ventes Des Dunes! Thank you very much, for the lovely stay!!!

loved our stay at Vent Des Dunes. From the relaxed vibe to the homely feel it was just perfect for our family. Baptiste and all the staff were so kind and helpful. lots of great tips for things to do and always greeted with a smile every morning. great location and lovely walk along the beach each morning to the medina.
