BelgiumThe large pool is not really clean .. you can see cigarette / bottles etc left by non respectful clients and not clean by the personnel. The beach is divided between an open one (dirty / overcrowded) and paid one (overcrowded and dirty too!) .. lts like Rimini but dirtier is with way more people ! Budva could have been a nice place but as always human greed transformed it into a mass tourism nightmare.
It’s a nice structure with relatively charming space. The rooms have been fully renovated so it’s pretty nice. You have 2 pools which is nice as the beach is probably the worse one I saw for a long time.

Norway-Noise from young boys, who played in the adult pool, without that the guard take action. -Very little service in the pool bar. -The hotel ovner need to cut the threes. Its look terrible out that almost all view from the terrasse its closed with old ugly trees. Its a shame for the whole hotel. Cut three and paint, and the hotel will have a new spring. -Not changeing towels in the bathroom. -As last time, the small refrigator, stood in a closed closet, and no air circulation to the cooling heat exchanger. Therfore not cold inside. -Terrible burocratic to change a room. The front desk personal need to have permission to change a room, and not need to go to a manager who think he is a "god", to take a such decision. Like from old communist time. Clean up the management. -Our second time we spend a week there.

United KingdomThe room cleaning. The floor in the room was dirty when we arrived. Thought it would be cleaned the next day but it wasn’t and it was not brushed or cleaned for the entire stay. The extractor fan in the bathroom could do with a good clean. The drinking glasses provided were not changed once in the 10 day stay. More pillows would be a good idea as well.
Breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel was really good with easy access to the beach, local shops and the bus station. The pools were really nice and clean with plenty of sun beds. Bedding and towels changed on a regular basis.

RussiaBreakfast was not very tasty. Sunbeds and umbrellas at a discount price for hotel guests, but still 15 euros a day. Also did not like that parking was listed as 5 euros a day, but when we arrived, the guy at the gate said it is 10 euros a day and cash only. We ended up parking our rental car here for 1 day, and the rest at my parent's hotel for cheaper. (I double-checked with my printed reservation from booking.com that it was supposed to be 5e)
Good location close to Old Town. Sea is close, too, but still need to walk (there is only 1 hotel in Budva which is located right at the beach, and it's much more expensive). They have animation during summer months; breakfast is OK 7AM-10AM.

United KingdomDefinitely not a 4 star hotel. Room was cramped and pokey, was not cleaned once our entire stay. Towels were changed daily (we made the bed), tea/coffee not replenished, nor was shampoo etc, room was not swept or cleaned nor bin emptied. Breakfast was a free for all to find a seat and packed, selection of food was OK, but quality was not good either.

United KingdomWiFi could have been better. At swimming pool there was no wifi at all. Also the height of the swimming pool wasn’t 1.70 cm as they told us. It wasn’t deep enough to swim but perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.

United StatesI have never written a review for a hotel stay, but it is much needed after the horrible experience we had the 11 nights we stayed there. Here are some of the main issues we had: 1. Bugs: The first room we stayed in had so many bugs and mosquitos we did not realize it the first night we stayed, but the next morning woke up covered in mosquito bites. After complaining to the front desk, they moved us to another room which was much better. 2. Housekeeping: The housekeeping does not actually clean the room/bathroom or make the beds. All they do is replace the towels and clean out the trash. The first 5 days we had to call the front desk to have housekeeping come "clean" the room because even though we had the door notification light to clean the room, they would not do it unless asked by the front desk. After the first 5 days, the housekeeping would knock on the door early in the morning to "clean" the room even though the do not disturb light was on. When she was asked to come in a couple hours she would get annoyed and the last 2 days she would say that she couldn't come back later in the morning. 3. Cleanliness: The rooms are dirty. As mentioned above, they did not clean the rooms. After a week of our stay, I had to specifically ask they housekeeping lady to clean the bathroom and shower as it was visibly dirty. The towels are disgusting! They are stained and look like they have been used for many years. The "clean" glassware in the room is covered in stains and look very dirty, they just put them in a plastic bag that says they are clean. 4. Room Size: The rooms are extremely small. It is hard to find space to open two large suitcases. 5. Internet They internet just stopped working for a day, the front desk just said "yea the internet is out and it should come back sometime" with a dumbfounded look on their face.
1. Location: The location of the hotel is good. It is about a 25 minute walk to the Budva Old Town. It is also close to the beach, many restaurants and small grocery shops. The convenience of the location is about the only positive thing about this hotel. 2. Breakfast: The breakfast has a decent selection of food.

RussiaThere are 3 noisy night clubs just outside of the hotel territory, which is a huge disappointment for the family vacation -- parties there are loud and happen on a daily basis till 1-2am. Bass sound could be heard in the room even with the balcony door closed. The food in the hotel restaurant is okay, but nothing exciting there. Coffee machine is dirty and drips coffee after getting hot water. Smoking is allowed everywhere in the pool area, which is rather disappointing.
Hotel itself is alright, staff is friendly and trying to help. Rooms and facilities are clean. There are moderate size attractions for kids: small playground and softplay room.
