ChinaNot situated in the centre of Kotor, if you are not driving your own car, a taxi or the bus will be the preferred solutions to travel around.
Extremely lovely hotel, room was very nicely decorated and modern. Though there were not may options for breakfast, but the taste was really nice. The staff was very helpful (booked us taxis and called the bus to stop for us) and made us feel very welcome.

Lovely hotel and the room was fabulous. We had done a long drive and where so thankful to find this hotel. Room was really big, huge bed and very nicely decorated.

United Kingdomthought I chose the property as it was based at a location kind of in the middle of Kotor and budva, and not too far from the national parks, it’s still in a random industrialised area. the view from the room and breakfast hall is the Main Street and other large commercial buildings. So if you want a hotel that feels more holiday-ish, this probably isn’t the right one

QatarFirst, we arrived very late at night after long driving, I booked 2 rooms one of them with twin beds. Unfortunately, it was a king bed room, so we spent the night separating the beds. Thank goodness I have my own bed sheets so I used them when i separated the beds. Second, we found a cockroach dead in the middle of the bathroom. Third, which is the biggest problem the air conditioner was not functioning. When I booked this hotel I put in my searching filter “air conditioned room”, however the room was extremely hot and i asked the receptionist to fix the issue and she said her duty will finish soon and we have to wait for the next receptionist, so we didn’t sleep until he came and did NOTHING. He said I am just a receptionist, I don’t know how to fix it. We opened the window and we couldn’t sleep because of the noise of dogs and cars. I had to drive 5 hours the next morning without sleep. They told us in check out that in some rooms the air conditioner is not working, so they know that from the beginning and they didn’t informed us in order to change the hotel, they only cared about deducting the amount first Fourth, No room service. Fifth, Unprofessional Staff. They refused to offer any help with our luggage or to fixing the air conditioner. Because of this disasters we faced, they offered a refund for this room but of course they didn't. 😅

United KingdomWe are honestly appalled that this hotel was able to advertise itself as fully functioning! We arrived to stay close to the airport, purposely choosing a hotel with a restaurant and bar for our last night in Montenegro. We had just done a long drive back from Bosnia so wanted an easy night. We paid a bit more for this airport hotel than say the Boka up the road. Only to find the bar is not staffed, nor is the restaurant! The advertisement for the hotel included a menu, but the hotel doesn’t even have a working kitchen nor any staff! We only saw someone at breakfast. The night before we had to get a taxi to a local restaurant, which was an expense and also poorly serviced as taxis don’t tend to want to leave Kotor bay. We felt stranded out on a random strip out of the airport with no where to go. We had two rooms and one room the bed sheets were not clean, covered in sand!! When we asked about food and drink the receptionist said there was a mini bar!in one mini bar there was a bag of nuts one chocolate bar and a couple of drinks. In the other room the mini bar was empty not even water, which again made us feel stranded. There was only the receptionist to ask for help, she was lovely but didn’t understand our concerns. Overall a terrible nights stay. Absolutely over priced and not delivering on any of the facilities advertised.

MexicoStaff didn’t take good care of us… overall incompetence plus laziness. We almost lost a flight because they wouldn’t bother to call us a taxi at the front desk even though we asked for it in advanced. Also the “included” breakfast had no drinks (water, juice, coffee, anything) and it seams like the staff disabled the elevator on purpose to prevent the guests from reaching the restaurant buffet, and magically turn it on when breakfast time is over. I don’t recommend this hotel because of its staff… the rooms are nice and clean and the hotel is overall new and tidy. It’s sad that all this investment gets ruined by the indifference of its employees.

SerbiaThe most unacceptable thing for me was that on the first day of my stay, I found two long hairs under the pillow and on the bed sheet, which proved that the hotel did not change the bed sheet! This was too terrible for a hotel that claims to be four-star. Moreover, the hotel’s pillows were very high, and there was no choice of lower pillows, which was not very comfortable.
The hotel is located just 10 minutes away from Tivat Airport (without traffic). The hotel has a new decoration and the staffs are polite.

The staff were helpful (booked us taxis, let us eat in the restaurant after 9pm) and made us feel very welcome. Lovely, clean place to stay. The only bonus would be Netflix-friendly TV for people who can’t watch the local channels :)
