This place will slow you down. The hosts welcome you in such a relaxed way, sitting around the table on a terrace with a wonderful view over the bay. We had a problem with our car. The host didn't doubt for a second, jumped into his car to pick up a car mechanic living in the neighborhood. A place we will return to, over and over again

What a wonderful stay! The owners are very helpful from tje minute we booked. Parking is just upstairs and a few steps with luggage. The view from the room was spectacular and we could sit under the trees having lunch. Well equiped communial kitchen with a view. The beds are very comfortable and we woke up with an amzing view over the bay. All in all a wonderful stay!

For not Balkan-speaking people, communication may be little chalenging, just be patient enough, the people are nice. Attention!...Stairs... Not too many but just enough to make you sweat. Toilet and shower on the floors are shared, so best of luck with good neighbours.

Extremly well preserved house, the owners live there and take care of everything on the spot, all is clean and tidy. Host is very welcoming, tea in the evening, coffee in the morning, very friendly. Rooms are tiny but big enough for moving around, everything you need is there, even if something is not, hosts will provide it. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, having dinner and breakfast there is just the best thing. Greetings from Bulgaria.

We had a wonderful stay at Bella Vista!! The rooms are clean, modern and have an incredible view on Perast and on Kotor Bay. The kitchen is also very practical and well equipped which allows you to spend nice dinners and breakfasts on the amazing terrasse. Living in Montenegro, I have stayed a few times in Perast and this is honestly the most scenic terrasse I have seen in the town. The hosts are very nice and accommodative, they offered us drinks upon arrival. You can ask for laundry and it is free of charge. Great wifi too. There is a private parking free of charge, which is a must in Perast especially during the summer. I will come back without hesitation!

It was very good. Brilliant aircon, room was immaculate with comfy bed. The host greeted us on arrival in the garden with cold drinks. They helped us with dinner reservations with a great table by the waters edge and also book a private boat trip to the caves. So so hospitable, we had a wonderful stay thank you.

Amazing room cleanliness and comfort. The hosts were great and accommodating, a delight to talk to and have a coffee with. Make sure to do that as their hospitality is reflected in both the conversation and suggestions for places to eat and to visit. You will have detailed directions and a booking for a restaurant if needed in a heartbeat 😄 Free parking is also amazing. The view is beautiful just above the church and overlooking the beautiful part of the bay, truly an amazing experience. The bathroom is shared and very very clean, hot water was available, and the shower pressure was great. Additionally water is safe to drink in the house and the shared kitchen is extremely well equipped. A lot of room in the refrigerators and overall just a great place to be. The climb to the house is a bit hard but as are all such climbs in Perast. The dog is also very cuddly 😄 Do not miss this place as it seems to be the best value-to-money place we could find in the Perast itself.
