How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The apartman and the bulding are shabby, a renovation would be useful. I recommend it for a short stay only. The internet disappeared on the last day.
Location is very good, 10 min walk far from the city center. It is on the 6th floor of the building, there is an elevator and a small balcony. The view to the city and the high mountains is wonderful.

I’m just a picky traveller and I love White bedding as it put a good feel to a business, so that’s my only Negative. Lift was faulty and tv wasn’t working
Clean Location amazing Easy check in Cheap for a one bedroom stay with kitchen and private bathroom.

To be very picky, there was some tape and patchwork on walls and cupboards etc, and the shower had no mount - made no real difference just areas for improvement.
We liked the cleanliness of the apartment and the location. The host was very helpful and understanding after a long delayed flight.

The elevator was a bit loud and it was quite cold. Air conditioner helped but not much.
Location is very good. There is a large mall near by, and the main train station.

The TV didn't work, allegedly it was still intact the last time the owner checked.
Affordable apartment, great location. The interior is an authentic experience on its own.

The owner was not so nice in asking about the payment. But then we resolved.
Welcome back to the 80'!!! Amazing feeling On a very high floor so that it was possible to see all the views of Podgorica and landscape around . Little balcony. Little house but there was everything we could need! An easy walk to the center.. located in a suburban area. The price was very good

Fridge was mouldy and shower head wasn’t attached to the wall so you had to hold it.
Good location and had the basics. Check in was easy.

The airco was working enough for me to refresh the air and I slept well. However, if you like to sleep in a cold room, you have to know that it it will not make the room as cold as what you can see in other places. I think the airco is a little bit tiredw

It just lacked a keetle.
It was really great stay. The apartment is well maintained, vintage, fully-furnished and in a really good location. The host is very welcoming and helpful as well.

The water coming from the shower head was too little. For a shower it's ok, but for rinsing the hair is not very convenient
The place is 15 min quick walk from the main bus station. It was a bit old but clean and with nice view of a green hill. I slept very good on the bed. The owner was responsive. There is a mall with a super market near the apartment which was very useful. This is a value for money choice.

Could be difficult to find. Look out for the Vero Moda clothes shop on the ground floor. The entrance to stairs and lift is to the left through door 59.
Clean and comfortable apartment on 6th floor of block. Small kitchen with equipment, good bathroom and very comfortable double bed. Small balcony.

The elevator is little bit old, but if you don’t want to risk it you can always take the stairs. It is a little bit old and in need of renovation, however it is still as clean as it can be.
The location is very good. It’s close to the shops, bus station, burger king,… The owner was nice and responsive. The apartment has everything you need. We left for one day and when we got back the sheets were clean and we had fresh towels.

The elevator is quite old that I felt it was going to break at some point. I used the stairs most of the time.
Good place to be on your own in Podgorica, the city is not that big so the location is quite convenient as it is close to the bus station and good restaurants. The is small and outdated but it's clean and comfortable

The building and the the apartment is not that modert as you might expect, but it still has its functionality.
There’s everything you need. Wi-Fi worked well, AC was great, there’s a little balcony where you can also dry up your clothes.
