The shower was cold and the room at night was very warm. There was a lot of noise coming from other rooms or the hallway, not the best isolation probably

We were welcomed by a lovely lady when we went downstairs for dinner. The bed is really comfy and the rooms are spacious however, at night the room is really warm and in the morning the shower was cold.

Everything was excellent.

Hosts are perfect, rooms have nice furniture, enough space, food was excellent, nice looking place at total. Zabljak is wonderful place with many things to do in nature.

Where should i start… there was something like a conference and the hotel was fully booked, i think we were the only other guests and that’s how we were treated. The restaurant was only open for guests of the conference, so no dinner for us. They had a party every evening until 1am and then people were screaming on the hallway and slamming doors until 4am every night, so nearly no sleep for us. The drain in the bathroom had a disgusting smell, we had to open the door and window and wait for 10 minutes every morning before we could enter. On our second evening we had no hot water. The fridge in our room was so loud, we had to switch it off. The reception was almost never manned. Unfortunately we paid upon arrival, otherwise i would have never paid the full price for this! Besides all these points i will keep one positive memory - leaving and never coming back.

Very bad reception and staff in the restaurant. No key of the room after 4 hours of waiting, staff calling while being served, sitting and smoking outside while you're waiting for your food and when it arrives it's cold. Stay clear of the restaurant!

The rooms were horrendous. There was hair everywhere, in the bathroom pubes, nothing was cleaned before we came. The sheets had stains and when we tried to tell the owner, he was rude and didnt think anything was wrong when we showed him the level of cleanliness. I wouldnt come back. The man who works there though, was very nice and told us some tips for where to go.

It's TOO HOT! The radiator regulator is not working! The heating is working all the time on max during the whole night. It's impossible to sleep on the bigger bed near the radiator. The air is super dry and you need to sleep with an open door somehow. The quality of the mattress is very poor. In the bathroom drawer left in my hand when I wanted to open it - it was broken. It's clean in general but I found some hair on the wall in the bathroom - just on the center of the wall. Rug near the bed was wet I don't know why. Noice from the street is so loud - barking dogs, cars (because you just can't sleep with a closed door). When we left the hotel nobody was there in middle of the day.

Breakfast was okay more or less.
