Every day a different delicious breakfast, where do you find that? And it was served by the very friendly owner. The town centre is on walking distance with plenty acceptable restaurants, and the atmosphere is positively calm.

The location is not remote but not at the center either. It was not a problem to get to the old town or Topla, but visiting Igalo was too far for us, to give an example.

Flawlessly clean accommodation with daily varied hearty home made breakfast and a very helpful host. Quiet neighbourhood, fantastic views.

The views from the room as well as the breakfast area were wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the parking was right in front of the hotel. The host cooked a different breakfast every morning, there was plenty and it was all delicious. There is a small beach just below the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay.

Excellent breakfast and a little different every morning. For us it was too plentiful and by eating everything we could have missed lunch. The host himself served breakfast. The hotel is located near the beach and the old town center takes about a kilometer of promenade. A good parking lot in front of the hotel, without which it would be difficult for a tourist to park his car.

Small family-run hotel in an excellent position with rooms and balconies overlooking the beautiful bay. Really friendly owner who served breakfast every morning. Huge breakfasts including a different home-cooked local dish every day. Nothing was too much trouble. Clean towels and room cleaned every day. It really made our stay special.

Firstly the host was friendly, good humoured, layback and the most helpful person in the town I think, and his workers very courteous and polite. The view from the lower room was very pleasant, the beach close and old town a 15 minute walk . We liked the bed, very comfortable and the space was really good for a 3 night stay.

A warm welcome from the host who offered us cool drinks on arrival. Opted for an apartment that has spectacular views over the bay. Fresh coffee and biscuits/cakes each morning. Short walk to the old town and 90 steps down the the promenade and sea. Restaurant in the old town and along the promenade. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Slow communication through messages. Moskquiteos. A drip sound from the drain pipe is annoying at night. If you go for walks on the promenade the cars are annoying.

Pleasant stay always. Owner is nice and surprised us. A beach is close and not very crowded, if you don't mind the rocks.

This property is up a few flights of stairs from the main promenade. The view was lovely and the service was wonderful. I ended up with an apartment which was huge for one person. Loved having the morning coffee delivered outside my door, and the air conditioning worked really well, which was my saving grace because it was very humid. I would highly recommend staying here. The host was so hospitable that he insisted on driving me to the bus station after I checked out.

A beautiful location to spend the holiday. Located 50 metres from the beach with a lovely view on the Kotor bay the property has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Excellent host, friendly and helpful which made us feel like home. Room is big and has a nice balcony, and beautiful garden parking space safe and right on the front door. The breakfast was very delicious, different every day....the sorounding is very good thank you!

The washing machine was broken during our stay which was the sole inconvenience.

So many positive things to mention about this hotel. Location, breakfast, view, overall condition, cleanliness (very satisfactory by my high standards). I'd like to highlight the excellent condition of both interior and exterior (on par with 5-star hotels) and the furniture in particular which is all wooden and very well maintained. It may not be a big deal for some but for me it was very impressive considering that wooden furniture is now nothing short of a luxury. The owners hold their property to very high standards and it shows. The cleaning lady and the cook were very pleasant and kind. After the checkout there were still several hours left until our departure, and the owner has kindly allowed us to keep our baggage in the backrooms while we spent that time on the beach, as well as use the spare shower after we were done. The owner has also arranged a cab for us.

The owner is always there, first to welcome you, then he brings you breakfast personally, then he is always there to assist. The man puts his soul in this place and I would 100% recommend everyone travelling to Herceg Novi to stay in his hotel! P.S. breakfasts are very very nice here, made with love. And the place is 5 minutes away from the beach. And the balcony view is good to be enjoyed with some wine.

We were welcomed despite arriving late due to a delayed flight. The owner recommended places to go and greeted us each morning with the most delicious breakfast. It was very close to the beach and the room had a beautiful view as well as being well-equipped with a fridge, air-conditioning, toiletries, TV and a hairdryer. A fantastic family hotel that we would happily stay at again. Thank you for the seven nights and seven delicious breakfasts.

The AC temperature from the reception is ridiculous low - maybe like 20 or less degrees and coming and going via the reception after being in super heat is problematic to people like me, sensitive to this sudden change in temperatures. I got sick from this. For breakfast will be nice to serve more local products and less unnecessary plastic packaging (like water, juice, etc.).

The staff was very nice and super helpful. The view of the place is great and it is soo close to the beach. It is quite peaceful and great place to have a nice rest. The breakfast is rich and filling and coffee is plentiful. The room is very nice.

Internet signal in the apartment was weak, due to the solid structure of the building.

Property is well positioned in Herceg Novi, easy beach access approximately 50 metres from the beach. Leisurely walk into the old town, supermarket near by.
