The room is very stylish and colorful, with thoughtful touches such as shoe polish for business people. Everything is very clean and the whole hotel is like a little boutique, with interesting and eccentric decorations. The room temperature was also very good, and curtains block out the sun from the morning. Located right next to plenty of shops and food. There is some parking available on the street. They also have a gym and elevator.

I deeply regret booking this hotel. I would have paid twice as much elsewhere just to avoid the awful experience. The room was old, depressing, and incredibly uncomfortable. The bed creaked nonstop as if it was about to break, and the pillows were the worst I've ever encountered. We couldn't sleep at all. The breakfast was equally bad: one sad egg, a terrible sausage, and coffee boiled in a regular kettle. Even the tomatoes were awful. We had to leave and find a real café. This place was far below any basic standard for a restful stay.

The hotel did not feel very clean and was not well maintained at all. My door didn't even lock properly because the part of the lock on the door frame was not properly attached (see photo)

The hotel is right in the city center, we parked right in front of the hotel. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The price matched the quality.

I recently stayed at this "Hotel" and was extremely disappointed. The room was nothing like the one advertised on booking.com. There were no free toiletries, the toilet was dirty and smelled terrible, and instead of a proper bath or shower, there was only an old sprayer typically used for grooming animals, with an old wooden slatted board as a floor in a tiny space next to the dirty toilet. The towels were old and overused, and the socket was inconveniently located two meters from the bed. The TV had no remote control, there were no slippers, the refrigerator was noisy, and the carpet was old and filthy. After a while, I started to feel itchy, likely due to bed bugs or something similar.The receptionist claimed these conditions were standard for an economy single room, despite the misleading photos and descriptions on the website. She was indifferent and dismissive, refusing to involve the manager and leaving me with a "take it or leave it" attitude. The manager also refused to address my concerns personally. This lack of empathy, good manners, and attention from the staff is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's management.Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with my stay and believe that potential guests should be aware of these issues.

Nothing. Perhaps a suggestion: please keep ur guests informed about the closure of some shops on Sundays (all grocery stores were closed), so it will make a difference for those of us from a different side of the world to know this information and plan their Sunday accordingly.

From the beginning, the hotel was responsive to my messages and questions. The hotel is a walking distance to almost everywhere u may want to explore. The room had everything I needed. The breakfast was good. The lady making coffee in the morning was very cheerful and helpful. The receptionist who recieved me explained thoroughly where I can go. In sum, this is a very convenient hotel to explore the city. Do not expect luxury, but everything works properly. The dog 🐕 that belongs to the place is so cute and adds warmth to the place. There is a supermarket next to the hotel which made it easy to grab anything I needed. Also, plenty of restaurants around is a huge advantage.

Please, fix the Window in 16 room. It is noisy, because it doesn't close well. And there is something with lamp near bed and near bathroom. The light is so bad.
