It’s amazing! For sure one of my best experiences which I won’t forget. Staying there, you feel the history of the 500 years old building and the tendance of the family which is taking care of the house during all these years. We booked a room with the garden view, but the owner upgraded it to sea view. This view is really astonishing! The room itself is very cozy, clean and has everything you need for a good rest. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast was served in the room, it was tasty and enough for staring a wonderful day (scrambled eggs, cheese, yogurt with muesli, toasts, butter, jam and orange juice). I also liked Prcanj, it’s absolutely worth seeing. You can get to Kotor by the bus Blue Line or have an hour walk with the wonderful views around. We also walked from Prcanj to Tivat (around 14 km) and enjoyed this walking trip a lot. So our stay was perfect, thanks to Alexander for the hospitality!

Breakfast didn’t look like the photo, no ham and other stuff. No coffee. Arrived at 9.10 but they said from 9.30 so had to jump out of bed to eat before it went cold.

Clean and at perfect location, you can watch Kotor bay from your apartment window. I booked for garden view room but owner upgraded for free. Additionally free personal parking was provided.

Very old stone house. Under protection of UNESCo. House was very comfortable and big. Location is perfect. There are car parking place. Moreover the breakfast was very tasty. I recommend this house to everybody.

Wonderful apartment in an old and cozy house with history right on the seashore with a wonderful view! The owner is very nice and responsive! Special for me vegan options were included in the breakfast. Great place. Highly recommend!

The host was quite cold. We ran into each other a few times but never once asked how we are doing or if we need any help. The host should know that a small courtesy goes a long way with guests traveling far from their home. Further, there was no cold water in the wash basin. We informed the lady who comes to clean and she said she will inform the owner. But action was taken during the entire 4 nights we stayed. We struggled through freezing cold water. The blankets in the living room were old and dirty.

Property is extraordinary. Views and location is commendable. The lady who comes to serve breakfast is warm and friendly.

Very picturesque location and amazing view from the windows. It is UNESCO protected building with historical background, which we enjoyed a lot. You cannot tell it from the photos, but this is a very spacious apartment. It was super comfy. They also do the cleaning daily. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Car parking is available if requested in advance, which is really important for this area. 15 min drive to Kotor, also bus available. The restaurants nearby were working in late October. There is also a shop and a bakery. For those wanting to sunbathe or swim - lots of possibilities too.

The shower and bathroom were a bit small, but is to be expected for older buildings. As an American, visiting Montenegro for the first time, the traffic was a bit...scary.

The room was well prepared before our arrival, and offered stunning views of the Bay. The owner was incredibly courteous and was attentive to all of our needs, even though our brief stay was at the beginning of the off-season. Alek shared the history of the Inn, which is also his family home for hundreds of years.

The host was very kind, he told about restaurants nearby and provided a room with better view. Good location next to waterfront. Just keep in mind that the house is very old, still the room provides all the facilities you need.
