How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very unpleasant drain smell in bathroom.
Good location between the bus station and the beach/ old town. Decent sized room and comfortable bed. Quiet despite being on a fairly busy road.

Ono zasto nije cista 10 jer zato sto mi se ucinilo da je checkout prerano, ali to je sitnica.
Sve je odlicno, lokacija je jako dobra, smjestaj kao sa slika. Sigurno bih opet bukirala ovo mjesto u buducnosti.

Most of the time there was nobody at reception. I had to call or text.
The service was very responsive. Cleaned the room when we needed. Changed dates when we asked.

Not very clean in the bathroom

The hotel is in the center of the city. Very close to the sea and walking path. The hotel consists of apartments and rooms. We liked it.

Only thing is their was construction outside out apartments, which would turn off the power at random parts in the day - a bit annoying because we didnt get told or pre-warned. But other than that our stay was lovely
This accomodation was extremely easy to locate and in a very convenient spot. The beds were extremely comfortable and can with a blanket!!!!! Kind staff that welcomed us. Also supplied a dry rack of clothes which was extremely helpful - thankyou!!

It was promised that we will have reserved parking place (for 12 eur feee) but is didn't happen becase the street in front of the apartment is under reconstraction and you can't park in the front of the apartment, and nobody informed me about it althoug I asked for parking place before I reserved. When we arived host find us some parking place on some close street but after we moved the car we couldn't find parking any more. As it seems that this street and square will be under reconstraction whole summer season so if you go by car take this into consideration.
Located in the Center of Budva, near everything you need supermarket, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, mall and also old town, marina are on walking distance. Apartment was clean and comfortable. I recomend Mogrini beach (walking distance from the apartmenent), Jaz and Becici beach but you need car to go there.

The bathroom sink didn't have hot water - but that could have been just something I didn't know how to turn on. There's a hole in the bathroom floor with a foul odor coming out of it. It wasn't a big deal for me, but the hotel might want to address that.
The location for the price was very good, about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town. I booked last minute and the host met me at the property and graciously gave me an upgrade (room with balcony) which was much appreciated. It was clean and had soap and shampoo and a small refrigerator, bed was comfortable. Good air conditioner and TV.

Beds were really squeaky, woke up many times at night to that sound. The road in front of the hotel is under construction.

The neighbourhood is a bit too loud for me, dog barfing and washing machine going on 4 am in the morning, and I can clearly hear what’s going on on my floor through the door. also, I thought I was supposed to check out at 12 o’clock so I was still asleep at 10 and someone just opened my door with the key, even though I have the key of the room… that was horrifying, no window. Someone else can’t open my door, this whole time, but checking out late that part is indeed my mistake.

This is always my go-to place when I'm in town. Good value, excellent location, and wonderful staff. Room is comfortable and offers enough space. It is also quiet despite being in the center.

Wi-fi was poor, but staff solved the problem by providing the other. Street is noisy. Shower was broken. It functioned, but falling parts confused.
Location is great to reach main attractions. Had a balcony with table and chairs.

The toilet is too close to the wall, no soap - only shampoo and the only bin is in the bathroom. The owner/administrator is helpful, however I didn’t appreciate the russian language she switched to assuming it is okay with us. Everything else is great
