I have been stayed more than +1000 hotels and apartments. It was definetly worst experience in my life. I dont suggest anyone to stay here. We stayed in different which are not in booking.com. The owner showed us different place and it was completely different place. Apartment has no bed just regular sofa. We waited owner to reach apartment over 1 hour and she sent us wrong location. She didnt pay our city tax to office. Apartment cleaning service knocked the door 9.50 and insisted on for leaving even check-out time was 10.00!

Our stay at this so-called "hotel" was nothing short of a disaster from start to finish. On the first day, they tried to pass off a smaller room with fewer amenities as an "upgrade." The room was filthy, with stains on the walls and mold in the shower—completely unacceptable. On the second day, we were finally given the apartment we originally booked, but it was a huge disappointment. Everything was old and broken, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and without sheets or duvet. But the worst part? The cockroaches. We found a dead one early on, which was bad enough, but on the third day—out of the five we had booked—we found a live cockroach on the mattress (see photos). That was the last straw. We packed up and left immediately. This place is a nightmare—avoid it at all costs!

Road was blocked(reconstruction in july 2024 and maybe they will finish till 2025), no warnings by property, no parking, a lot of noise by workers during day and by party people over night AC flow direct on the bed, first day no working wifi and poor signal, no any papers after payment(first of all, 5min after we arived)

The lade changet the rooms of our reservation. I paid for a three bedroom room and got one with a double bed and a small ugly bed even a kid couldn’t sleep! When told the lady she said she upgraded the other room of our reservation because of the three bedroom one ,which we didnt ask. I knew what a was reserving There were even no sheets in the bed , the bathroom was dirty The lady told us if you dont like you can leave and go even though it was 10pm and a lot of raining There were a lot of teenagers making noise during all night and we really couldn’t sleep ! Totally not recommended!!!!

The Apartment is so near to center and seaside like less than 5 minutes by walking. There is a supermarket in front of the Apartment. We walked from autobus Station to Apartment, it was easy to get there . The room where we stayed in the first floor is big for 2 people. It has a cooker, glasses etc. It was so clean. The Lady Who helped us was so nice. There was a luggage room outside the Apartment for free.

The apartment has a dirty air conditioner that has not been cleaned. We got a dirty towel. We were only given towels when we arrived so they were not changed during our stay. The shower has mold, the shower door is broken. The host did not clean the apartment even once. The people working with the host were very unapproachable. The wifi is really bad. You can't even have a stable wifi connection no more than 3 minutes.

Wires hanging out of wall in bathroom. Hole in bathroom floor. Broken shower cubicle. Broken shower fixing. Grubby shower. Air conditioning unit made a dreadfully loud groaning noise every hour or so (including through the night - even when turned off!) and host was not helpful in rectifying this and so we had disturbed sleep every night. Although this place was cheap, the quality was poor especially since we had paid similar prices for accommodation elsewhere in Montenegro and the standard of those places was much, much higher.

Location was great. Room included a balcony and various other useful facilities/equipment.

We stayed at Apartments Pier from July 11 to July 18. Our host was very friendly and accommodating and our big apartment had everything we needed. This isn't like a hotel where you get room service and clean towels every day but if asked, they would accommodate. We were perfectly fine with what was offered to us. There weren't enough drinking glasses in the cupboards but we managed with regular coffee cups instead. The AC worked great in both rooms and the wifi was good (sometimes spotty but ok) We paid extra for the parking 10€/ night. Overall a great stay in Budva.

I can't say the rooms are clean enough. They are very old and not renovated. Broken things affect comfort negatively. Also, it is a little inconvenient that the car parking is 10 euros per day.

The size of the rooms is satisfactory. Location was great.

The room was very clean, the staff was polite, the location was perfect at the heart of Budva, the venue met my expectations. The room was good equipied I had hair dryer, fridge, iron, plate, mugs also shampoo, soap etc. The pillows and blankets were smelling Marseille soap really liked it thank you.

I never gave bad rate for the apartments which i was staying. But this is an expetion! Nothing special for this price. Rude staff not helpful that all. I realy no understund why people rate this place high. Propobly there Rushian speaks friend did it. Penalty 50 euro for the dirty towels plus no late cheak out even they had alot of free rooms. If i u have possibly book outher comindation not this.

The lady working took €50 from me because my hair was dyed and the dye got on the towel. We asked him if this continues every day, he said, "Is it okay because my hair is blue, so there will be no room," you should leave. That's why I got out of there. sulking as if they were going to beat me, ill-treatment. It doesn't matter if my hair is dyed, it's a shame that I encountered such a thing for the first time.
