Apartment could do with a bit of maintenance, but otherwise, great!

Good studio apartment, very comfortable, well equipped and very well located with easy walk to town of Marigot and the marina areas. Great view across the bay and very good pool, but beach access not easy.

The condo has everything you would need. The only thing was the couch. It should be repaired or replaced. The sink in the bathroom wasn't draining properly. We didn't bother complaining about it.

The view from this condo is excellent. We liked this location in the building, because it had a view of the pool and the ocean as well. It was a short walk to downtown Marigot. We swam in the pool and in the ocean. Water shoes are a must to swim off this beach. The condo was equipped with beach chairs and snorkeling equipment. The restaurants nearby were excellent. Le Croissant Royal had the best croissants we've ever had. Le Tropicana has a nice menu and the food was very good. We used the local busses to get around the island, and they ran frequently. There are stores nearby to buy groceries.

I would have liked a face cloth (wash rag).

Great location near restaurants and shopping. And the beach is just outside! One of my favorite things was, plenty of hooks for towels and bathing suits. So many times places at the beach don't have this and it is greatly needed. We loved this place. Not fancy but comfortable. Host was fantastic.

Joel is a great host. He offered a pick up service at the airport as an extra. He very kindly dropped at Port Galesbay on our departure day. Location is close walk into Marigot. We ate at Le Tropicana which is just a couple of minutes walk.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Was in close proximity to the city center. Secured entry, had access to pool and the beach, quiet building, decent size apartment, was clean, felt like home(had everything possible) bed was comfortable.

The noise from the road. The bed and pillows were a little too stiff.

Louis was extremely helpful. The view from the balcony was outstanding.

Nothing, it was fantastic.

The location is perfect! Less than 10 minutes to the ferry. Easy walk to restaurants and cute boutique shopping. The staff is amazing, above and beyond. Easy to communicate with.

Everything. Even small things are present. Coffee, soap, oil... a lot of details and helpful information. Like home just with a better view from balcony:) breakfast with the sea view are amazing.

Semi-old furniture (sofa and table) that barely held together. According to the photos, the beach seems nice, but there are a lot of rocks and several sea urchins. The pool was the only logical option nearby, but pool hours are 08:00-19:00.

Near the centre and great strip along the coast with food. The apartment had several essentials for cooking or cleaning. There was a cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, mask and fins.

Discussed with the owner the day prior that we would be checking out at 11am the next day. He showed up just after 10 with what appeared to be the cleaner, waiting for us to leave and basically forced us to rush out. The bathroom was not very neat. The whole place just seemed dingy and like it was smoked in a lot. We felt uncomfortable and glad we only had to stay one night in transit to our next destination.

The pool was refreshing.
