They can improve on the shuttle service. Currently the drop off is in galaxy hotel. It is a 15 to 20 mins walk to Broadway hotel. Challenging if you a have big bags

It’s a super great hotel to stay. Close to everywhere and next to Galaxy. You can access any facilities in both Broadway and Galaxy. Many restaurants are around and the night view is absolutely unforgettable.

Room was pretty clean and spacious, necessary items needed for the stay are available. If 200 meter walk is not a problem, then hotel/casino hopping is a breeze. They have 5 choices of breakfast to choose from. Didn't ask if second serving is allowed. But breads, greens, fruits and coffee are there for you.

Pool was closed but we had access to the Galaxy Resort Pool. It was quite a hike to get to though.

Room was spacious. Staffs were super friendly. Location was strategic to big casinos. It is within walk and interconnected. Food could easily be found. The hotel complex have street food, and you can also find food in the mall. Love it.

First the staffs are very welcoming , checking smooth and fast thanks Long . And got water on checkin, to sooth the heat , excellent and thoughtful . We are a family with grandparents , they all enjoyed it . We have room next to each other, bed is so comfy , pillow is great and soft , the water tap is strong during shower , drinks from the fridge are all free but no refills , so great , we got a river view , amazing view , hotel in and out are clean and neat . Everyone is so nice . So close to galaxy hotel and casino nearby , off from the boarder taking 102x bus to galaxy 2 stop, and cross the road to reach the hotel , so easy, back to the boarder , bus stop just down the hotel . So convenient , restaurants are down the hotel , plenty of restaurants to choose , circle K convenience store 24/7 , ice cream shop . But price are tourist price unless you want to take a bus to other area .

Excellent hospitality , Memorable , value for money and excellent , (especially Mr.Roy service representative and Ms.Keya front desk - excellent work), Short time check- in service, Though my bank card had issue but broadway kept my booking reservation to worry free , (not everyone will do it ) .. Breakfast room is small for the size of the hotel and variety of food is lacking. However at the hotel site they do mention that it is a “light breakfast “.

The hotel is not near the casino which makes it a lot calmer. They got me an upgrade to a suite with river view which was enormous! Very comfortable bed. There is a shuttle bus to go to the galaxy hotel or you can get there by a 10 minute walk.
