I liked the proximity to the Ruins of Saint Paul's, and the hotel's proximity to a bus line. The room was cute and grew on my wife. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as I tried to plan my departure to the Hong Kong International Airport via bus.

It was perfect!

This little hotel was AMAZING and positioned in the most wonderful part of Macua so perfect for exploring the town on foot and catching the bus into the casino district. Also has the BEST equipped gym of any hotel that I have ever stayed (it was a former Anytime Fitness club that was taken over by the hotel)

The bathroom has no bidet, and the shower area is somewhat visible from the room, which is awkward if you are traveling with friends of the opposite sex.

The staff are very helpful. We arrived late at night and they assisted us well, even recommending places to eat at that time. They also suggested places to visit. The room was clean, and they responded to all our needs during our stay.

I forgot the deposit about the room, and the staff let me do it with all I had ( I didn't exchange much money since it was 2 day trip) Really appreciated 🙏 😇 I like the room balcony, and hope I can get same view room next time I come back😉

The room was spacious and very clean. Staffs were very friendly and very accommodating to our requests and questions. The hotel was near to a lot of restaurants. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to Senado Square. Accessible to bus stops so it’s easier to commute.

Nothing. We like everything about the hotel.

We really like the location within walking distance from the historical center and local food options. The hotel is only steps away from airport and other bus stop. The family room is clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. It has a nice decor and good size bathroom with complete amenities. Staff is very nice and helpful. Having water dispenser for free water refill as well as snacks and coffee in the restaurant are definitely very nice extra!

It was a little pricey for a 2 star hotel. And it wasn't holiday peak season yet.

The room and the toilet were clean. It was quiet despite being located in the mid of busy shop lots. Easy excess to public transportation

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was close to attractions and very reasonably priced. Harvey on the front desk went out of his was to assist us and make us feel welcome. He’s is an absolute asset to the hotel.

1. Good if there is some recommendation from hotel on the surrounding eateries which are worth to check out. We found famous Nam Ping Cafe just behind the street. 2. Maybe check with guest if they need airport transfer service upon check out.

The location is perfect as the Ponte16 bus stop is soo nearby. Basically can get anywhere in Macau with bus. Loccitane product in bathroom makes it a bit luxury! The price is reasonable for a family room of 4. We love everything so far :)

Thank you to the staff at front desk (can't remember his name) but he did helped me to find small change to pay the taxi. The location is great, less than a minute walking to the nearest bus stop at the main road (you can take local bus to bring you to Cotai area). To go to The Ruins of St Paul or Senado Square, you can just walk from the hotel - around 10mins. Service is good, bathroom is clean, it also has like a pantry with basic snacks / beverages. Overall, we love our 3 nights stay at this hotel

The only downside we could note are: weak wifi near the windows and there's no bidet!

We like the accessibility of the hotel to famous historical landmarks and tourist spots. Also, the rooms are very clean and the staff are very accommodating. They even gave tips on where to shop and where to find the best deals. Much appreciated.

The air-conditioned in the room can be colder as some part of the room can be quite warm.

The room at Caravel Hotel is clean and nicely furnished. The hotel is located near a lot of good eateries. Overall if you are not in Marcau for gambling this is a good place to relax and dine around.
