otoilet unable to open due to the size should have make a pocket door will save a lot of space for the room

we stayed for 3 nights (30/12 to 2/1) for works overall the room very clean abit small in size but the only thing is the toilet door is at the wrong direction for opening and closing if this toilet is a pocket door it will be perfect. overall very comfy staying resting and relaxing. location is very good can walk to fountain and da san pa a lot of small local cafes in the alley hotel location is good it just that it is a bit inner at the lane when take a cab should just alight at the main road pretty easy a few steps to reached hotel. if we will to go to macau will definitely go for this hotel i guess it is reasonable rate.

There were 2 TVs in our family room for the separate sleeping area, however only one can be used at a time.

Spacious family room. 2 separate sleeping areas which provided us with much privacy. 24hr access to gym, friendly staff and great location. Good variety of delicious and affordable restaurants just within 3mins walk from hotel. There's also a coffee shop in the hotel which we did not try. Helpful staff who shared with us the free shuttles to the ferry/bridge/border we can take from another nearby hotel. Really saved us $$$ and hustle The room was tastefully decorated and levelled up our experience. It's located in the heritage area and the walk to place of attraction was highly intagrammable.

The only problem is the hotel name is similar to the one across the street. Google always guided me to the other hotel.

The hotel offers free breakfast which surprised me because the room charge does not include breakfast. The room is very big, bright and comfortable.

Hote and room is new, cosy and comfortable. Service staff are all very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect 10-15min walk to St Paul ruins and Senado Square. Its perfect for the price and I would definitely choose to stay there again.

To please save the earth by reducing the amount of times the towels need to be cleaned. In some other hotels they say if you want a new towel, then throw the old towel in the bath. However if you don't mind using it again then hang it up. This saves water and helps save the planet. This is a suggestion.

Staff very professional and helpful even to English speakers. Excellent and very patient. Amenities very good for this class hotel. Location is super excellent and very near many attractions. Very near many bus stops to easily get around.

Only one staff to serve at reception counters when I checked in at night. There were few group of guests also arrived at the same time, so waiting time a bit long.

The hotel location is good, lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, walking distance to Ruins of St. Paul’s. Bus stop to airport is within 5 minutes walking distance. Room is big and clean, with comfortable pillow and bed.

Bigger print out maps from the hotel to the nearby interesting places to vist

For location: it is close to Senado Avenue. It is best to mark your location and use your Google map for accurate directions. It would be nice to have a bigger colored print map because the street signs are ways not available. Be prepared to walk a lot. Room: very comfortable bed and pillows. Just the right firmness. Essentials like lotion, dental kit, shampoo, wash soap and tissues are provided in each room with your bottles drinking water. Sheets and towels are very clean. Extras: they offer self- serve freshly brewed coffee and tea with some light snacks like cookies & chocolates in one of their floors. Staff: Very helpful and courteous receptionists. I highly recommend this boutique hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Right in the middle of restaurants, including my fave michelin star street food - Leong Heng Kei Sopa De Fita. The staff were amazing, especially Arvie. The rooms were nice too. My siblings loved the gym.

Loved the location. It's right on the bus route on the arterial route of historic Macau, and barely minutes away by walk from most of the places of interest.

Its in the old macau neighbourhood with unsightly views of old houses and their laundry and stuffs hanging out of their windows and balconies.

For a 2-star hotel, it has a refreshing look with a nice lobby and unique amenities in the room, incldg new deposit box design and branded shower wash. Its a cool, easy 20 min walk to Senado Square during this time of the year.

This boutique hotel exceeded all my expectations. Its clean, new, beautifully decorated and has the most comfortable bedding. Great location, close to transportation and sight-seeing places. Harvey at the front desk is super great, extremely helpful and even solved our phone setting for a new sim card. Andy typed up directions of where we wanted to go. All other staff were helpful. What a great team! I highly recommend this hotel & will stay here again.

Decent size room and bath. The hotel location is surrounded by some local cha chaan teng and a short walk to the bus station which is convenient. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The water flow out of the bathtub too slowly. had to shower in "flood".

Attention to design detail, location is good, very near bus stop, has lift so that I did not have to carry my luggage few floors up and down.
