Lacked atmosphere compared to other hotels, whether that’s due to a number of vacant shops I don’t know. The food court and restaurants were OK however other hotels such as the Venetian and The Londoner has better options

There was no refrigerator at room. Japanese ramen restaurant accepted credit card with more than certain amount of money. Swimming pool was opened too late at 9am. No time to use swimming pool for business traveler . shower head could not be fixed properly. No 24 hours convenient store available

I did not get the room view that I reserved and the hotel was crowded. The door to the room is too thin that I could hear people shouting in the hallway all night. Hospitality of the staff is under expectation, only the luggage staff is good.

to many mainlanders, they were rude, lacked manners, the resort clearly is targeted to mainland tourist, so the turn a blind eye on poor behaviour from this sub group customer base.

Our room is very good and comfortable.. Staffs are very helpful and very courteous. In room dining were delivered on time. All in all me and family are satisfied for the services given.

the room is not what i expected as it is old and not suitable for high price THE WAITING line for checkin is toooooooo long as we wait for more than half an hour to check in. just hire more staffs as your hotel has more than 1000 rooms which you can do better!!!!!

we had a Eiffel Tower view room but the curtain window of the building seemed it hasn’t been cleaned for quite some time.

breakfast was up charge in one location. very far away from our rooms. check in was slow. luggage up to room was slow (because so far away) pool didn’t open until 10am.

location was awesome. really enjoyed where we stayed on the Cotai strip and walking distance to other casinos in the area at night time

But... Check-in took forever, and we had to argue to get a non-smoking room - which we had requested on Booking and which we got in the end. The biggest disappointment was breakfast, we had to wait a long time to be seated, then to get served. The breakfast itself (we opted for the western option) was close to a 3-star hotel. To be fair to the Parisian, similar hotels nearby probably do not score much better.

The room was large and quiet, with a comfortable bed and very large bathroom.

I lost my Airpod but no one contact me afterward. Although it's a bit damaged on poor contact and I prefer to discard it but no contact should be unacceptable.

Very smooth checkin and out. Fair room service, small but cozy but no free mini bar didn't match the price. Didn't try the breakfast since it's pricey as well.
