We are a family of 8 and we used to go Macau every April for Bai-san. This is our first time to stay at St Regis Macau. The staff we met from the moment we stepped into hotel, are extremely friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Angel is great at doing her job and made us a great holiday. The room is amazing, it's comfy with very nice cotai view, butler service is so good. Don't miss the St Regis Bar, cocktails are yum, they complimented the famous Rose-cake to my niece for her birthday which truly gives her a memorable bday. Totally impressed with the whole team of St Regis Macau. We definitely will come back.

SingaporeRoom and bed were big. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were super helpful, volunteered to help make dinner reservation and buy ferry tickets. Location has a sheltered path all the way to Venetian with multiple restaurant options. Also walkable to taipa village in about 20 minutes. Gym was also well maintained, with a smith machine, free weights, cardio machines and exercise machines.

United StatesEverything was exceptional. The check-in process was smooth, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was big and clean with great view of the strip, amenities were perfect. Our butler, Lina, went above and beyond to take care of us even though we were there for just one day. The St Regis bar was also a highliht - nice setting, good vibes, delicious drinks, and friendly staff. This was our first time at a St Regis, but we'll definitely pick it over others on future travels!

NetherlandsSmall point of feedback; When you go in for breakfast at 10:20 and have to wait 10 minutes to be seated. What is no problem at all and well arranged, just don't come on 10:50 on table to notify for a last round and get all in a hurry. Doors buffet shut 10:55. All on time, but when I have to wait to be seated 10 minutes just give me that additional time to finish please. Again, breakfast was perfect but worth to take it a little easy.
The best hospitality and service I found in a hotel this far, from arrival to the last step out all was perfect because of really friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to them, from bell-boy, luggage service, poolboy, reception and butler service, reception and many more. This made the stay unbelievably good. Then location, perfect to be at the hot-spot (strip) of Macau for go around a few days. Breakfast was just great, what a high quality and large choice, beyond expectations and well worth booking. The pool was really good for some relaxing, large, well maintained, superb beds and super friendly staff. I won't hesitate a second to come back for a longer trip.

We celebrated my friends birthday and the extra details St Regis team put into making our trip memorable and delightful is unmatched ! All the departments and each staff is friendly and attentive with genuine friendliness ! My and my friends enjoyed the spa and afternoon tea package and certainly will return again . We also loved the 6 pm champagne party at the lobby with free bubblies for guests ... PS special thanks to Ricky and his team !
